Excelente toda la saga. 10 puntos a historia.

I can never waste an opportunity to glaze this game. This was my first real introduction to The Witcher when I played the 360 release and a perfect segue into The Witcher 3 (obviously). For this game though, the story and characters on both sides of the campaign are incredibly well written and contain choices that really make it feel like your decisions ACTUALLY do matter and ACTUALLY do affect the plot and people other than yourself, giving the game almost endless replay value in trying to find all the endings and paths opposite from what you tried on a previous playthrough. While the combat CAN be repetitive (depending on your playstyle) and doesn't necessarily build upon the combat in The Witcher 1, on harder difficulties it is very rewarding to level up and upgrade Geralt's move set and abilities, giving you more room to really "feel" like a Witcher. Understanding which potions and oil to use and preparing them before a big fight, figuring out which combinations of signs work best for you, taking on contracts, and getting mixed up in the business of those sexy sorceresses from the Lodge are all aspects that this game achieves to really makes you feel like you've been put into the worn old boots of Geralt of Rivia. I cannot recommend this game or express how much it’s worth it to replay this game before The Witcher 3. While you can make the argument that you don’t have to play the first two games to play The Witcher 3, it is imo that you at the very least play this second game as your choices DIRECTLY affect story elements of the follow up game that pay off so well if you know the context. A genuinely incredible entry in a legendary trilogy and can stand tall amongst the best that this series has to offer
