A game that I come back from time to time because its so good that you cant forget. This remastered edition brough a fresh start to the experience. Finally I get to have it all the time and not download if from strange sources.
Nostalgia got me. Install it. Play a little, install mods. Install more mods. Try playing with too many mods installed, game crashes constantly. Uninstall mods and re-install Oblivion Remastered. Repeat.
I've only played the main storyline so far, and raided a few dungeons. Despite this I'm really enjoying the combat. Its kinda mindless but spells are fun to use. Main quests are well written and fun to play. Overall so far it is an 4/5.
Perfect DnD style game if there ever was one. Great for Skyrim enjoyers.
It is sad, this game is everything a disliked about Skyrim to the max and I hate that because this games aesthetic is beautiful and something I want to try so hard to enjoy. Also the optimization is horrendous and makes any PC look weak . I wonder how much of a miracle or disaster the Switch 2 version is going to be though
Felt like a breath of fresh air considering we haven't had a new single-player Elder Scrolls in 15 years. I just wish cloud saves worked :(
