About

"Half a century into the future, mankind's world is riven and in a state of great social, political, and economic strain. After the end of the horrific pandemic that haunted the early twenties, pharma corps became stronger than ever seen before. Medical research thrived and permitted a multitude of technical advancements, but healthcare prices skyrocketed, causing mass inflation and shifting the entire world's economy. As a result, cryptocurrencies grew in prevalence and eventually gained enough momentum to replace other monetary systems across the globe, but many were left destitute and with nothing. Greed, hatred, envy, and panic then fueled the fires of war day after day, leaving the world scarred and broken. The U.N. has fallen and the war on terror has failed. Civilization is slowly collapsing in on itself. Now, most people cannot afford their necessities. Society is fragmented and has all but dissolved back into a caste division. Crime is at an all-time high and poverty is the new norm. Each day that passes, exploitation of the Earth's resources continues, and pollution intensifies, making life even more unbearable. Humanity is in the darkest place of its entire existence... A dark place where you exist."

A good, atmospheric game with solid and challenging mechanics. A bit jank here and there, but worth your time. Great dingy cyberpunk vibes, the world has gone to Hell and it really shows. More focused on dealing with gangs and local issues than the big corpo-related narratives you'll often see in the genre. Fighting is gritty and brutal; you can and will get stronger, especially if you find some people to watch your back, but early on you're gonna run the risk of dying in every fight. Fight dirty, use consumables, and you might survive. Good luck out there.
Really fun mid-apocalypse style game. Everything is going to pot and you are a regular dude/dudet just trying to survive in this effed up world. Story lines have been fun so far. Creator keeps updating and hopefully continues too. Definitely worth the few bucks for many hours of fun.
8 hours to run through 100% of current content. Significant replay value, although knowing the outcome of the quests can influence secondary character creation. Fun game! Looking forward to the full monty!
Feb 25 @ 10:42am 3.5/5 - so far so good It's good, the games not done yet but I recommend it for what it is so far. game is a bit easy once you get any good gun and having a full party armed with their starting weaponry makes the game a cake walk. never got to use any of the cybernetics due to how costly they were and really never had too. the biggest problem for me was the slowness of moving, running feels near useless and really just saves milliseconds at best. the game also crashed a lot during the auction section and only in that section.
a gang took the humanity aid supplies, so i got to retrieve them. I get liquifided by the gang guns
In development, this RPG maker impressed me with its dystopian + cyberpunk theme. If you enjoyed the developer's previous games, this one won't disappoint. Though it has some flaws, they're minor and subjective. Objectively, it's a solid RPG with great atmosphere and diverse ways to approach situations, be it hostile or peaceful. The game continually surprises with unexpected content, keeping me invested like "Lawless Lands" did before. Despite being early in development, it encouraged me to experiment with different builds. One thing to note is that the game isn't heavily focused on companions. While there are some, they mainly act as followers without reactive responses to your actions as a player.
Jogo maravilhoso, a personalização e as escolhas são incríveis, talvez precisa só um pouco mais de clareza nos status effects, mas de resto jogo muito divertido
I was positive surprised after buying and trying the game. Ibought it in the complete bundle after seeing gameplay and because i love cyberpunk, RPGs and gritty games. So already a lot of points for the game. But do not be decieved, the game is hard if you let it! I have a lot of fun with it, for somone who loves to explore and try a lot of things, it is a fantastic tale. I hope there will be a lot of optimisation and updates to come. My opinion is try it, I have a lot of fun playing it.
It is a really playable and likeable game. It is an early release so I am eagerly waiting for the rest of the content. but that's part of buying an early release game. I prefer tactical combat like Shadowrun, but the JRPG system in this game is fun and interesting. Glad I bought this, eagerly waiting for more!
It's like playing good, old cyber-punk ijn the 90s. Dim light, cops ona payroll, disturbia and grimness everywhere. Its...really good :>
