About

The You Quiz is a multiplayer party game designed for 3 to 8 players.
Perfect for game nights with friends or family, it also works great as an icebreaker at social gatherings!
One player gets to be the King. Everyone else? Courtiers desperate for approval.
Guess the King’s opinion on personal, weird, or hilarious prompts:
“What's King's unpopular opinion?”
“It's the end of the world. What is King's first reaction?”
“Name three things King hates:”
Better know your friend! Answer with insight, flattery, or playful nonsense. Whatever makes them feel seen, smile, laugh, or glow with pride.
As the King, you judge every answer:
👎 Meh? Reject it.
👍 Pretty good? One step forward.
❤️ Nailed it? Two steps up the stairs!
Your court, your rules. Reward brilliance. Punish mediocrity.
First to reach the top of the stairs steals the crown. Then they become the new King!
At the end of each game, players earn titles that match their vibe.
Were you the Don Juan? The Emperor? The Jealous?
There are 30+ titles! Bragging rights included.

1.5 Saatin sonunde nerdeyse bütün sorular tekrar etti. Tekrar oynanabilir değil. Boş boş sorularla dolu
This game is a ton of fun! Simple concept with a great execution. I highly recommend enabling the "HATE" button in the settings, that really makes for some funny moments. I got this on sale but I would have paid full price. There are few multiplayer games of this nature that I can safely say I'd play again, but this is definitely one of them!
The You Quiz is a social party game created by indie developer Hazard Wizard that takes the familiar structure of quiz games and turns it into something far more personal and unpredictable. Rather than testing players on trivia knowledge or factual questions, the game revolves entirely around understanding the personalities, habits, and sense of humor of the people you are playing with. The result is a multiplayer experience that feels closer to a social experiment than a traditional quiz show, where the real challenge lies not in knowing the right answer but in guessing how your friends think. Built for groups and designed to spark conversation, the game thrives on humor, insight, and the unique dynamics that emerge when players try to outguess one another. The basic concept of the game centers around a rotating role system that places one player in a position of authority each round. This player takes on the role of the “King,” while the rest of the participants become Courtiers competing for favor. The Courtiers are presented with a prompt—often humorous, strange, or hypothetical—and must submit answers based on what they believe the King would say, prefer, or find most entertaining. Once everyone has responded, the King reviews the answers and decides which ones best match their personality or sense of humor. Players who successfully capture the King’s thinking are rewarded with points and move closer to the top of the ranking ladder. This judging system is what makes the game especially engaging. Because the King has full control over which answers earn points, every round becomes unpredictable. Some players may try to answer honestly based on their knowledge of the King’s personality, while others may attempt to impress the judge with exaggerated humor or unexpected responses. In many cases the most entertaining answer wins rather than the most accurate one, which often leads to hilarious results. The process encourages players to think creatively and pay close attention to how their friends behave and what they might find amusing. The structure of the game revolves around a staircase-style ranking system. Each time a player wins favor from the King, they move higher up the staircase. The ultimate goal is to reach the top and dethrone the current King, at which point the successful player takes over the throne and becomes the new judge for the following rounds. This rotating leadership role ensures that everyone eventually has the chance to influence the direction of the game. Because each player has a different personality and sense of humor, the criteria for winning answers change constantly, keeping the experience fresh throughout the session. A major strength of The You Quiz lies in the sheer variety of prompts available. The game features a large collection of questions that explore everything from everyday preferences to absurd hypothetical scenarios. Some prompts ask players to predict how someone would react in unusual situations, while others focus on opinions, embarrassing habits, or humorous choices. This wide range of topics helps ensure that no two sessions feel exactly the same. Players can also create custom prompts, allowing groups to add their own inside jokes or personalized questions that reflect their shared experiences. Accessibility is another important aspect of the design. The game supports groups of three to eight players and is structured so that only one participant needs to own the game itself. Other players can join through a companion system using their phones or secondary devices as controllers. This makes the game extremely easy to set up during gatherings, since players do not need complicated controls or gaming experience to participate. The simplicity of the interface allows everyone to focus on the conversation and humor rather than worrying about learning complex mechanics. Visually, the game embraces a playful cartoon style built around the theme of a medieval court. Characters climb a staircase representing their progress toward the throne, while the current King presides over the competition from above. The art style is colorful and exaggerated, reinforcing the lighthearted nature of the game. Rather than trying to impress with detailed graphics, the visuals serve primarily to support the gameplay and keep information clear and readable during each round. The audio design complements the cheerful presentation with upbeat music and playful sound effects that punctuate each stage of the game. Winning answers are accompanied by celebratory sounds, while shifts in ranking create small moments of excitement between rounds. Although the soundtrack remains relatively simple, it maintains a lively atmosphere that matches the social energy of the game. The audio elements never dominate the experience, allowing the real entertainment—the interactions between players—to remain the focus. One of the most interesting aspects of The You Quiz is how it encourages players to learn more about each other. Because the questions revolve around personal preferences and personality traits, the game often reveals surprising insights about friends and acquaintances. Players may discover unexpected opinions or recall shared memories that lead to humorous discussions outside of the structured gameplay. In this way, the game functions not only as entertainment but also as a conversation starter that helps people connect. However, the success of the experience depends heavily on the group playing it. Like many party games, its entertainment value increases when players are comfortable joking with one another and sharing personal thoughts. Groups that are more reserved or unfamiliar with each other may find the game less engaging, as the humor relies on understanding the personalities of the participants. Additionally, the gameplay loop itself remains relatively consistent throughout each session, meaning the long-term appeal comes from the creativity of the players rather than from evolving mechanics. Even with these limitations, The You Quiz succeeds as a highly social and entertaining party game. Its focus on personality-based questions sets it apart from typical trivia experiences and creates a dynamic where humor and intuition are more important than knowledge. The rotating role of the King ensures that each player can shape the experience in their own way, leading to unpredictable and often hilarious outcomes. In the end, The You Quiz stands out as a clever and engaging multiplayer game designed to bring people together through conversation and laughter. By turning the spotlight on the players themselves rather than external trivia, it transforms simple questions into memorable moments of shared humor. For groups looking for a party game that encourages creativity and interaction, it offers a refreshing alternative to traditional quiz formats. Rating: 8/10

Pretty simple game, it's fun though, and only one person having to purchase it is a big bonus. I believe they also added steam workshop questions into the game recently which I'm sure will increase it's replayability.
Vale a pena comprar!!!!
