About
From the art director of Journey® and Flower®, ABZÛ is a beautiful underwater adventure that evokes the dream of diving.
Immerse yourself in a vibrant ocean world full of mystery and bursting with color and life. Perform fluid acrobatics as the Diver using graceful swimming controls. Discover hundreds of unique species based on real creatures and form a powerful connection with the abundant sea life.

Interact with schools of thousands of fish that procedurally respond to you, each other, and predators. Linger in epic seascapes and explore aquatic ecosystems modeled with unprecedented detail.

Descend into the heart of the ocean where ancient secrets lie forgotten. But beware, dangers lurk in the depths. "ABZÛ" is from the oldest mythologies; AB, meaning water, and ZÛ, meaning to know. ABZÛ is the ocean of wisdom.

Really fun
This was a great experience. The relative repetetiveness of Abzu is masterfully hidden behind gorgeous environment, unusual setting, sensitive storytelling without a word ebing spoken, amazing sountrack and somehow intimate experience in the vast emptiness of an ocean. Stylized graphics hold up and work great for this game, controls are a bit wonky at times but nothing you wouldnt get used to and its just about two hours long. For a calm relaxing evening after an exhausting week, this is a go-to title. Loved it
I know we toss around the term interactive art when talking about video games, but ABZU really fits that description as a spiritual successor to Journey. It's an ambient emotional story with a cinematic soundtrack that scores the whole experience. While ABZU is short - if you enjoy visual art, music, and good stories I say pick this one up. It's actually refreshing in a saturated world of 50-100 hour AAA releases. And if you're looking for more, check out their other games - The Pathless and Sword of the Sea (which I believe have connected lore.)
A short but magnificent game, with a soundtrack that’s just as magnificent. An experience that lovers of the deep sea should try at least once !
cute little game, I especially loved the educational side of it (=learning different fish names while in meditation mode >.<), however the controls felt so janky to me, it made it hard to fully enjoy it :c
Very beautiful, simple game. One of those that feel more like an experience or really long movie. It's one of thsoe that I will definitely replay when the mood hits just right.
