Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap

HVMW ZRR ZURK KV8 That's the password for Hawk man level. Yes, it works. Yes, I still remember it almost 40 years later, and I don't even remember what I had for breakfast, that's how good this game is. Totally recommended.

I liked the extra stuff in this game though I wish there was another hidden boss to use this sword I found at the end on. Also wish the NEC Graphics and Sounds were available from the Turbo Grafix days, but that's just me. All in all I love the gender switching option for the game but I wish the dragon, mouse, fish, tiger, and bird were also changed for it, but again that's just me I guess. All in all I couldn't put it down until the last task.

Frustrating enemy patterns, poor collision, and an annoying timer make this feel 'old school' in the worst possible way.

打分：5.5/10 不太行。除了画风以外，各方面都会让人感到糟心的游戏。 （1）运动惯性很糟糕，脚底就像抹了黄油一样。弹簧跳非常愚蠢，从哪边跳上弹簧就只能往哪边弹，空中几乎没有任何调整的空间； （2）碰撞体积很糟糕。受击后的硬直状态会被部分小怪尤其是Boss从屏幕一侧一直撞到另一侧。有时候还会被左右两边的怪物夹击，像乒乓球一样被打到死； （3）地图设计很糟糕。“塔”那张地图美其名曰对称设计，实则纯粹拖延时间，同样的折返路线硬是要跑两遍； （4）Boss战设计也很糟糕。所有Boss都是攻击完就左右来回跑或者跳一下，一个招式用到死。一旦受击动作就会被重置，跳一下或者继续来回跑。完全可以利用这个特性把Boss连到死。点名那条丧尸龙：开局潜水上来露头受击一次就重新潜回去，受击潜水受击潜水就这样反复到死，全程没见过它放出哪怕一个招式，交互约等于0，连四十年前《洛克人》一代的Boss都有两三个招式，但是这个游戏做不到。 不像是一个类银河战士恶魔城游戏，平台游戏属性更多一些，总感觉这个三十年前游戏的重制版应该更加用心和精细一些。

A perfect remake of an old classic. I forgot how hard Wonder Boy 3 went on Sega. I wish this studio would make more remakes.

Owned the remake for the Switch, decided to rebuy this game on Steam because the game is awesome. Brings back so many memories :)

Looks good. I don't like the music remixes here, though a lot of effort went into them. Can't recommend this unless you have a lot of nostalgia for the original, since it has aged pretty poorly and there are no QoL features (A map would be nice, faster retries after dying, etc) that really make this worth trying these days considering the wealth of indie 2d platformers that vastly outshine this game.

C'est vraiment bien. Par pitié, achetez.

Буквально та же Вондер Бой из 90, но в современной обертке Персонаж управляется странно, иногда чувство будто подошвы маслом намазаны меня облик можно только с определенным мечом, который еще и купить надо в секретном магазине, что тоже минус, можно было много придумать с механикой перевоплащения
