its pretty decent, only at chapter 3 but was fun
It is a little difficult to rate this game with just a recommend or not. I'd say it's a bad made Nioh with a parry addition and chinese setting. It's not really good, but it's still a game one can enjoy. Playing this game feels just like playing a worse version of the 1st Nioh. The random equipment drops with random effects, martial arts, mission choosing and spirit beasts, it all looks the same. The story structure is the same, warring period, elixir instead of amrita that powers the enemies up and turns them into monster and the various warlords fighting for power and using it. The difference is the addition of the parry, that, in my opinion, could have been better; it's satisfaying only when it's done on the strong attacks, on the normal attacks it feels a little useless, you need to keep doing it to damage the "poise" bar of the enemy until it becomes exhausted, so for me is boring. In Sekiro was more rewarding. Martial arts were also better in Nioh, here they do damage on the weak enemies, but on the strong ones not really. Than comes the technical part. I'm having the following problems: - If FPS cap at 120 FPS and HDR enabled, game crashes at startup, freezes windows and gets my GPU disabled - with only FPS cap at 120, the game starts running in slow motion sometimes, everything happens slowly. So have to play at 60 FPS - cutscenes are made at 30 FPS The port from console to PC is really bad.
