Unsung Heroes: The Golden Mask

The game has a few glitch which can be annoying. It didn't happen all the time but the few times it did was very irritating. -click on the pop-up mini-game but the pop-up didn't come and the screen blurred out, can't click anything.(have to restart the game) -pause the game, the screen blurred out but the pause tab on the left didn't appear. Can't click anything.(have to restart the game) -fill the [left bar] on the present day early but the game didn't process the next customer's heart to the [right bar].(have to play till the end of the day without any progress, waste of time) -I didn't get some achievement when I should have.(have to play a few more time for the achievement to pop up) And when I did they didn't show up in the game.(more like my personal problem cuz, yeah I got the achievement but it didn't show in-game so I feel dissatisfied, I want to see the reward of my labor yknow!) The overall story is alright a solid 3/5 from me. Present story was good, nothing to complain but nothing over exiting either.(I like how the girls' friendship have the up and down tho) Except the ending, I want to see their reaction to the end of Xi Niu's story. I was quite disappointed. (except, if there are and I happened to not find it?) So a 4/5 for present story Past story was engaging alright, a bit on the cliche side but I suppose with the amount of c-novel/drama I've read it's to be expect. Even when I can guess the plot alright, how the story played out was good. However, I have some complain about the inaccuracies in how the characters acted tho. I'm in no way an expert but they are supposed to be in the palace, the amount of respect/formallity displayed are abysmal. But I suppose these things are important to the story line. 3/5 for past story I suppose this could be a start of a series. Ivy&co could go to another dig sites and find more artifacts to tell more stories. Maybe in different country/culture. PS. the 18 hours is a lie, I think I actually really play it for like 10-12 hours. The rest is just me opened the game and afk.

Pro's: I really liked the story and the characters, all in their own way. It was fun to level up through earning stars once you completed a certain section of the game and I liked a lot of the mini games like writing Chinese characters, picking leaves off a tree and mixing ink Con's: A bit repetitive at times, oddly placed interactables - what I mean by that is that in the library there is an empty scroll box you are supposed to collect for a character but the box itself is almost behind the inventory box (which is way to big in my opinion) and there were other instances of something you have to interact with being almost impossible to see because it was almost completely obstructed. A couple of bugs like a missing mouse statue. Conclusion: It has its good bits and a very fun story that I felt invested in and really wanted to see how it ended. It did have a few bugs and annoying things like I pointed out in the con's section but I really liked the story as I stated before but if you get it for a good price I think it's a decent game and in the end I quite enjoyed it

GameHouse games bring me a lot of nostalgia. I love almost all of them. And by the way.. what the hell was that ending?

Hermoso juego. Tanto los gráficos como la historia son impecables. Me hubiese gustado que tuviera más niveles. Me encantaría que sacaran otro juego dentro de la misma temática.

Un très bon divertissement

Played a few of the games by the dev. Was fun initially but the gameplay was pretty much the same across this type of game. The storylines were usually different and some of them were fun but others not so much. I would still recommend this game but probably won't buy similar games in the future anymore.
