TOP!
A short but sweet shooter that combines the feeling of Bioshock with the world of CarnEvil. The gunplay is fun, and the weapons are unique and very cartoonish in a good way. I finished the game in 3.5 hours, but it felt longer than that (probably because I was breaking EVERYTHING to find tickets.) I also loved the commentary whenever you would break some cameras, though I wish the guy would say 'You know what, I give up on trying to stop you' as I kept breaking them hoping for another line only to never get one. The weapons are a fun take on classic fps weapons. My favorite was definitely the pinball Magnum (forgot the name) because it felt so good popping headshots with it (definitely get the upgrade that rewards you 50 tickets per headshot and upgrade the damage. Free tickets.) My only complaint is the final gun you get is very underwhelming, the only use for it was when you first get it since it is the only ranged weapon you have. Once you get your weapons back, it becomes useless, and you get it in the last 10% of the game. The animations are... stiff? They aren't going to blow you away, which is fine, it is an indie game. The sound design is okay. The enemies vary, by far the most annoying are the little telephones. Those things drove me nuts, and barely gave anything. Difficulty isn't hard. I beat the game on Normal, which I guess shouldn't be hard, but the only reason I died was because of goofing around and jumping into spikes to see if they would kill me or jumping off the map by accident. The sound design is okay, voice acting is pretty good in my opinion. My complaint is for some reason, when you talk to the little guy who is shmoovin (can't remember his name), the sound is tied to him. So if you move far away, you cannot even hear your own characters voice. Bizarre in my opinion since I would turn left, and my character would only be speaking into my right ear since the whole conversation was tied to the little man. One last QoL they could have added was to make the tape recorders like the cassette players or voxophones from Bioshock, because I would rather listen on the go, instead of sit there and listen to it, not doing much (ADHD at its finest). Finally the story. The ending did not fully surprise me, except for finding out who the person you were trying save is. That was.... weird... It is definitely not the selling point of the game, so do not go into expecting one of the best stories you have ever heard, rather go in for the gameplay. Overall, it is a short, but very fun game. I know a lot have compared it to Bioshock, but it is a mix of Bioshock and CarnEvil (an old horror arcade rail shooter game). It is worth the price if you want a fun indie shooter that definitely has a lot of care put into it.

Pyrovision Bioshock
Feels like an xbox 360 game.
Scary and great music. Gameplay and graphics very good.
Thoroughly enjoyed this game
It's an OK game. It really wants to be Bioshock, but fails miserably at everything except art style. The haunted amusement park setting is really tired, too. Nevertheless, a halfway decent clone of a good game is still good.
Great Bioshock feeling tension and shooting, managed to creep me out far more than those games ever did, REALLY miss the magic though
Feels like a early 2000s Bioshock meets Alice Madness returns. Fun and interesting levels and weapons topped off with really good atmosphere. Doesn't oversay it's welcome.
Game was fun from start to finish! The atmosphere, weapons, enemies, even the characters were all fantastic. It for sure has the bioshock feel to it. Would highly recommend.
