BEST RACING GAME EVER, never played old TXR titles but holy hell this game rocks Never have I ever seen a game that heavily wants you to play in Manual Transmission, as a manual purist this makes me happy. The challenge mode here is so worth the time and effort into playing, legit the best progression system I've seen in a racer, not to mention how opponents usually have better cars than you despite reaching the max level of your current stage, so this isnt just upgrade ur car and breeze thru everything Gameplay might get repetitive but it still finds a way to be fun despite that, I guess that's quite the beauty of it Only flaws I'd say is that bosses/wanderers have less of an identity in terms of their boss themes cuz a lot are being shared with each other, would be sick if they were all unique like how it is in WMMT where characters have motif songs, and then the customization, was kinda disappointed with some cars' custom kits like the Eunos Roadster, and imo the FD3S' customization was a bit disappointing, and I guess there could be more designs for the underglows instead of just a line, flashing dots or a wave, maybe a curve or tribal signs for underglow is cool Other than that this game is perfect for Wangan Yearners, or any guy who loves Japan car culture cuz this game literally takes you back to the Wangan roads of Tokyo and Yokohama and the only cars available are of JDM
상당히 재미있는 게임 영어가 이해가 가능하다면 스토리 보는맛이 있다 단점은 같은 길만 달리다보니 지루하고 멀리 있는 상대를 찾아가는 과정이 피로하다는 것
Had a few days off work with a virus going around... wanted a new a game to just mess around on. Been waiting for forza 6 and saw this. I played for the first hour and got a new car and before I knew it, I'd been playing for 6 hours! lol I love how well the devs captured the cityscape of Tokyo. It doesn't feel lousy or false. As an American, from a small farm town. This game legit makes me feel like I'm in a different time period (2000s) and in a different country entirely. I've already got my car guy friends into the game as well 100% worth the money if you're into the Asian Automotive Industry and arcade games this is the one! sidenote: the soundtrack is good but I'd love some techno or house music from the early 2000s but i cant complain.
Great game, especially for those who played the old wangan midnight arcade cabinets 10/10
Brings back ALL the joys and wonders of this game back in the PSP era. Everything nailed to perfection and more. Just minor issue in that 'hard-on' collisions are immediately stuck back down to the ground and not letting more chaos ensues. But other than that, this is a solid 9.99/10, been a veryyyyyyyyy long time since I felt this enthralled playing a game, and this rush of adrenaline and the burning passion to race.
I absolutely adore this game. It scratches a massive itch for me. I was first introduced to the "TXR" Series via Import Tuner Challenge on the 360, developed by the very same Genki that released this gem. What really made me enjoy the ITC was the extensive customisation on visuals as well as enginge audio. I sincerely hope they manage to overhaul their tuning and visuals and bring back that level of customisation and QoL. My current RZ in the game lacks that feel when driving, but I still enjoy the game in its entirety
As long as you can get past the corny story parts, the racing is fun and exciting. They could use more customization parts and better sounds but at the end of the day it's not a racing sim.
Excellent, fun, ambiance japon old school et courses illégales, agréable au volant
