I've matched Markiplier play this game years ago. I know the whole plot and somehow The Evil Within still scares me and give me goosebumps while playing. There really is a difference between watching someone else play the game and experiencing it yourself. Other than that, the game ran smoothly on my computer (surprisingly) despite many people saying that the game was janky and failed to load at times. So that's great, being able to play the game smootly. Lastly, I really like that they added the option to enable 60 FPS and disable the letter box (black box at the top and bottom of the screen). It benefited the player experience a lot. Plus, I am currently not facing issues like settings configuration not saving after reloading the game.

黑框眼镜，西装背心，黑皮手套，露出小臂，我的原始性癖。Chamber也是参考这个约瑟夫的吧。 我求你了三上真司出个第三部吧，这么有味道的污血横流锈迹斑斑压迫氛围感十足的作品现在已经绝迹了！ 好几处神级转镜和构图看得我拍大腿叫好！做到这种转镜的游戏现在也屈指可数 玩到第九章，鲁威克和姐姐之间近乎不伦之情的爱恋值得同情，那些残忍无知的放火村民的确该死，鲁维克终究是个因为失去唯一挚爱而彻底扭曲的天才。（我要继续在生化系列里屠杀无知村民！！） 公馆和生化1的斯宾塞庄园‌洋馆的格局也太像了！往左走开始幻视了：火炉、长桌、小门、花瓶、打字机，梦回生化1，我的Captain！感觉是公馆素材都做出来了但是三上真司离职了，所以把素材都用在恶灵附身里了。好可惜啊啊啊咬牙切齿啊啊啊！！

Amazing game, the intro is still one of the most intense and good challenges to throw you into it there is, kinda SAW movie - like. Runs excellently on Ubuntu 26.04 LTS without anything done, download and play, also runs with high refresh unlike on windows where it is capped to 60 FPS.

I thought the first 3/4s of this game were awesome (with some minor annoyances), with very fun and tense gameplay. The story is kind of nonsense and the acting is not great, but thats not the main focus really. Worth it for the good parts even if the late game gets very annoying and overstays its welcome. W game.
