Don't buy. They abandoned the game.

Bought it because of nostalgia. I loved the original. It’s essentially the same game, just with a few quality-of-life improvements and a fresh new look. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it due to the awful performance. It’s a real shame, because I really wanted to revisit Cyrodiil, but the stuttering is ruining my enjoyment. It runs fine in dungeons, but the open world is a mess.

18 hours of playtime and 80% of it boil down to performance troubleshooting. wanted to give it another shot after recently getting a new graphics card, didn't make a difference. now the game won't load in, go ♥♥♥♥ yourself guys

Having to repair my armour after every fight is infuriating, pretty sure its bugged because it was never this bad in the original release

its the worst combat i ever seen in my life

doesn't run well, not even on high end hardware. expect to tinker with settings and mods to avoid performance dips. at that point, just play the original or wait for skyblivion.
