About

Experience the acclaimed PlayStation®5 hit Stellar Blade™ from Korean developers SHIFT UP, now optimized for PC.

The future of humanity is balanced on the edge of a blade. Ravaged by strange, powerful creatures, Earth has been abandoned, and what is left of the decimated human race has fled to a Colony in outer space.
After travelling from the Colony, EVE arrives on the desolate remains of our planet with a clear-cut mission: to save humankind by reclaiming Earth from the Naytiba – the malevolent force that has devastated it.
But as EVE tackles the Naytiba one-by-one, piecing together the mysteries of the past in the ruins of human civilization, she realizes that her mission is far from straightforward. In fact, almost nothing is as it seems…

Engage in blisteringly fast combat as you slash a path through the remnants of Earth. Unleash graceful yet brutal attacking combos, unlock new moves and weapon upgrades, and face epic boss encounters that will challenge both brain and brawn in equal measure.

Retarded story progression system (the story itself is mid af); sometimes movement is extremely cinematic and sometimes she moves like a child with down syndrome. The game is designed to be completed THREE times to collect all the items, but if you missed something on the first playthrough - well, too bad, ♥♥♥♥ you Enemy scaling is very strange. I rolled through almost every boss, but some random guy dunks on me several times by just stunlocking. Having only one weapon in the big year of 2024 is diabolical. Quest visibility is non-existent sometimes, with no map for most locations. Fast travel system is very anoying as well. The two big, open areas are extremely sad-looking (the first one is more interesting, but the desert is literally omega boring). Music is fire... the first 5 times you hear it, then it gets repetitive very quickly
story was enjoyable the gameplay had some timing problems from time to time (be it myself or the game engine)

Good game, good ass. Honestly tho, this is an action hack and slash done right!

(Note: I haven't finished the game yet) I feel like the game is pretty mid. if you want a Soulslike, play Lies of P or Wukong first and if you want an atmospheric story about androids then just play Nier Replicant or Automata and then give a try to this game if there's nothing left. Honesty, I care more about blacksmith in Dark Souls than any of the main characters here (though I do like Lily's design). However, there are some good things in the game such as visuals, soundtracks and combat is alright, which is why I still think Stellar Blade is enjoyable.
