I love the platforming present in this game – it is fun, challenging, and fast-paced (particularly in the later levels). (I also found an unexpected reference to a certain Valve game ov high esteem.) This is a fun game, and if you want a timewaster. this is something that is worth a shot.
找虐必备游戏。 但是这个游戏启动视乎有点问题,steam deck要加载好久才进入游玩页面,好像卡死一样。应该也不会更新了吧?也不知道这样一款像素游戏为撒启动这么卡~
Excellent precision platformer. It more than delivers in terms of mechanics and gameplay—very polished and challenging. It doesn’t have a deep story, but except for a few cases, platformers usually don’t. An excellent game for those of us who love challenging platformers.

Hidden gem
Es un buen juego de plataformas y es bastante dificil, es como Celeste o Super Meat boy
underrated
One of those games that with stages that is unreasonably difficult. Don't get me wrong, the game is well made with lots of ideas but as the game progress, there are tons of stages that are just forced. There are difficulty that gives excitement and enjoyment, but there are difficult that is just pain and "what was all these for?" The bottom line is that the game become unenjoyable
If you love platformers, it's a well designed, stressful little gem. Everyone else will probably rage quit 😂 A frantic expierence that rewards precision and speed, wrapped in cute pixel art and a soundtrack that never lets you relax. I enjoyed it, but the constant pressure and minimal story mean it isn’t for everyone. Gameplay & Controls - In my play session I unlocked wall-morphing, air dashes, slow-motion, block pushing, double jumps and swimming; the game rolls out new tricks fast, and there are likely more I haven’t reached yet. - Levels evolve at a solid pace. "Lava" rises, portals appear, blocks shift, so nothing feels stale. - Difficulty spikes early. I felt genuine stress racing timers and stomach acid. Very much built for speed-runners. - I hit noticeable input lag on my controller; swapping to keyboard solved it, so I’m treating that as my setup, not a bug (I hope). Presentation - Bright, clean pixel art fits the “inside a worm” setting. - End-level stats (deaths, jumps, apples collected) scratch the completionist itch. - Story is minimal: you’re slime, get eaten, escape. Functional, but that’s it. Audio - High-energy retro soundtrack is an absolute banger. - Music ramps up the longer you linger, adding tension, great for motivation, relentless if you’re here to chill lol. Value & Replayability - Nearly $20 CAD at full price; I only recommend that for hardcore platformer fans. - Frequent 90% sales drop it under $2, which is a bargain for the content on offer. - Optional apple collectibles, level timers and likely hidden mechanics give solid replay value if you like chasing records. Verdict Slime-San delivers inventive, ever-evolving platforming backed by a killer soundtrack. Its bare-bones story, steep early difficulty and premium launch price hold it back, but catch it on sale and it’s an easy pickup for genre fans. If you crave speed and don’t mind pressure, download it. If you want a relaxed platformer or strong narrative, look elsewhere. Final Score: 7.2 / 10
