Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 21 → 0.4/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Ragtag Heroes is a co-op roguelike deckbuilder for 1-3 players where co-op isn't a mode - it's the whole design. The real magic happens between your decks, not just inside them. Combine your heroes' abilities, set up devastating team combos, and watch your perfect plan come together - or fall apart in real time.
BUILD DECKS THAT COMBO
Every hero has their own cards, relics, and playstyle - but the best moments happen when they collide. One hero locks an enemy in place while another unloads everything they've got. Swap teammates between runs to discover entirely new strategies.
CONTROL THE BATTLEFIELD
This isn't just a card game - positioning matters. Shove monsters away from your weakest hero. Drag enemies into range of your hardest hitter. Lock them in place or punish them for moving - but watch out, they'll try the same on you.
CONTROL THE TURNORDER
Drain an enemy's initiative to zero and watch them stand there, helpless, while your team piles on. Strategically slow down the most dangerous enemies so your heroes act first — or concentrate your efforts to stun them entirely and skip their turn.
RUNS THAT FORCE YOU TO ADAPT
Worlds shuffle every run, and corruption deepens the further you go, twisting familiar stages into something nastier. The strategy that worked last time might completely fall apart this time.
BRAVE OR DEFAULT - RISK NOW OR SCALE LATER
Push your luck with Brave for extra actions now - and spend next turn stunned. Or Default to bank energy for a bigger play later. A simple choice that constantly makes you wonder: should we actually do this?

Not to bad, getting in a lobby with your friends can be atrocious though. Clear copy from Slay the Spire mechanics for most fights, but classes are cool and cards are nice. So far not bad for a $10 co-op roguelike deck game
So far I am not super impressed by this game.. It feels like the Temu version of Across the Obelisk mixed with For the King.. I will say that this is still in EA and there is a lot of potential but right now it feels stale and quite frankly, it's easy and boring.. I would give my honest rating at 3-4/10. I would wait until 1.0 comes out to give this game a go.

Ragtag Heroes is an amazing deckbuilder that may not innovate much on the genre, but adds some interesting twists that make it feel quite unique. The Brave/Default system gives you options to deal with nearly every encounter, but learning when to use them is a hard skill to master when paired with a deckbuilder. The lane-based encounters also add an additional dynamic, where team positioning is a significant aspect of gameplay that comes into play even if you don't have any repositioning cards in your deck. The game is quite difficult, but this pushes players into finding the most powerful synergies they can. Not only that, but having three heroes to a team means that you not only have to find synergies within each of the three decks but also between them. The game is currently unfinished, but there is plenty of content already. At the time of writing there are six heroes, each with a unique set of cards with a variety of built-in synergies to create a deck around. Even without a specific final boss encounter finishing a run feels like an accomplishment. If you're new to deckbuilders this might be a difficult game to get into, but if you're a veteran of the genre the difficulty and tweaks to the genre will keep you coming back.
Great game if you enjoyed Slay the Spire. Its even more fun if you have someone to play it with. Bosses can be tough, though so you need the right strategy to defeat them. A steal for 12€.
Great game! just finished playing a session for the first time with a friend after we stumbled upon it ON RELEASE DAY, wild... Game is pretty fun in the sense that it is very similar to slay the spire. It did come out today so I will say there is definetly some fine tuning needed. BUT we had a great time and the concept is fantastic. My recommendations is to allow a little more agency for each player in multiplayer. Being stuck in the back seat as the not host can be kind of annoying. Also having a mandatory of 3 characters when there are 2 players also gets kinda boring. I have to wait for my friend to do 2 turns in a row while i just sit there and watch. Maybe allow players to "struggle" with just 2 characters instead of 3? And then balance as needed for that difficulty style. Anyways overall I give it a 8.5/10 Hoping to see this game grow and improve over time and hope it gets the love it deserves.
So far, I like the game, but I would reconsider having one team member sacrifice a card upgrade to guard the group at the bonfire. The player who takes on the guard role should receive some other kind of benefit, at least.
Solid base for a deckbuilder and plenty of replayability in runs right now for the current price point. Has a couple of unique mechanics in it which is nice as well such as being able to forfeit your current turn to cleanse debuffs or get extra energy for the current turn but be stunned for your next turn. Shield also doesn't go away after the turn by default.
A great deck builder, fine for solo play but also great having 3p Online Co-Op. This game is not too complex in mechanics, but has a good amount of cards with each character clearly having multiple archetypes and builds to consider. These cards vary from familiar mechanics from other games, while also having new spins on things to go with the unique mechanics such as the 3-lane system. Each hero has their own lane, and many cards interact with targeting enemies in their lane or another hero's lane. You can also switch places of the heroes with cards or move the monsters around... Both of which having cards, relics and builds to support them. The Brave/Default options let you skip your current or next turn for an immediate effect. Both are interesting to manage and I like that it always gives you that option to have a big turn when you need it. Fun game overall, and is getting better with each update with active development.
Good mix of card batter with co-op. Plays a lot like Hellcard and For the King forgotten cellar runs. No issues with the game so far and I think it's worth trying in the current state.
1/10 - Lazy slapped-on toxicity-enabling multiplayer - 💩 MULTIPLAYER REWARDS DISABLED. We beat the game (all acts) multiple times and still didn't unlock hero #4 to play with (unlock requirements: beat act 3). - 💩 NO AYNCHRONOUS TURNS means 66% of the time you're watching other people play. - 💩 SOMEONE GETS SHAFTED EVERY GAME. 3 heroes to choose for 3 players, no repeats, means someone gets stuck with a hero they didn't get to choose. - 🤖 Story text has emdashes (written by AI) and feels exceedingly pointless. - 🤡 Developer specifically added shared rewards because they had the insane thought that convincing your friends you deserve to buy anything at all with the group gold is a fun part of co-op. As if that's not going to cause fights or introverts to get bullied out of loot... Imagine playing with a random who spends all the team gold! - 💩 No endless / new game +, which means every so many battles your build gets thrown in the toilet and the developer gives you the middle finger because why would you want agency over when you end your run? This is one of those games where they don't bother too much with balance because they sneak into your house and slit your run's throat every 30 minutes so who cares if you get unbalanced it'll be over soon. Interesting choices: - Block always carries over between turns. - Many cards are fight-lasting buffs that exhaust for the fight. - x2 AP to skip your next turn, which my friends tell me is ripped of from another game. - 💩 Random encounter for not setting a guard (screwing one player out of an ugprade) is harder than the boss.
