Old Gods Rising

This is a really good Lovecraftian adventure game. You play a British professor who is hired as a movie consultant. An old university is shut for the summer and, as you investigate it, you become embroiled in a sinister plot. It's a lot of fun.

It's short but super sweet! The story is great! Highly recommended!

This game was awful. Bad writing, voice acting, level design is absolutely terrible and the puzzles mostly consist of mazes which are not puzzles.

I was enjoying this game except for the last part. I'll avoid spoilers. When working with the team, the puzzle was too easy. It's like my hand was held the whole way. The post-credits portion turned into a first person shooter with no guidance or even a health meter. And if you died, you had to go back to the beginning. Other issues: If/when you're asked to meet people at places, it would be useful to have those added to your objective list. It was a little too hand-holding for some objectives to appear and others not to. I'd love for there to be a button to change the dialogue choices so that I could play with my trackpad rather than having to deal with my mouse scroll wheel.

Just boring

Loved this. Mysterious exploration without having to run from things or being constantly killed. Great atmosphere and sense of humour.

Très bon jeu indé, qui brille en particulier par ses graphismes et son ambiance. Vous incarnez un professeur appelé sur un campus universitaire afin de prodiguer ses conseils pour le tournage d'un film fantastique. Très vite, vous constatez qu'il n'y a personne, et vous vous mettez à explorer les environs. Le scénario, qui joue en permanence sur le doute du joueur (s'agit-il d'une mise en scène ou se passe-t-il vraiment des choses anormales sur le campus ?) est assez bien pensé. Et l'ambiance, très solitaire et minimaliste, servie par une bande son discrète qui fait le pari de ne pas se servir des ficelles habituelles (screamers et cie) est très réussie. Si vous n'avez jamais arpenté une université vide durant les vacances d'été...

Weird. But in a good way.

A fun little game with a twist. Not the perfect game, but a nice experience for asking price.
