I have no idea what kind of game engine was used for this. I hope it's never used again. No ability to save, no auto play, no skipping seen dialogue, not even instant text speed. Terrible quality of life. The actual story itself is weak. If you've read enough VNs, you'll quickly ascertain the gimmicks of the story. The whole thing is rushed, with next to no character development, no branches, and an ending that comes out of nowhere. It's like the whole thing was in a hurry to end. I can't recommend this game. Try out You and Me and Her if you want to play the VN that inspired this one - anything you see here, you'll like better over there. Dev, please do everyone a big favor and don't go overboard on custom engines if you're not going to include the most basic VN QoL tools. My fingers ache from all the manual skipping I did for two whole playthroughs just to see if anything would change.
To start with, I bought this game without realizing it contained explicit sex scenes that don't contribute anything meaningful to the story. Yes, there's a warning about adult content, but there isn't even one screenshot revealing any of it, which honestly leaves me feeling scammed. I admit it's my fault for not reading carefully, but I genuinely believe that the game's screenshots are misleading. Secondly, the game engine is terrible. There's no option to save the game, skip text, or even read the text log due to a persistent bug. The game also prompts you with messages like "Did you make a save?" but there's no way to manually save. It seems like there may have been a previous version where saving was possible, but now it's missing, and the developers not only seem indifferent to this issue but also overlooked editing that particular text. Thirdly, even though the game appears to have an interesting and intricate lore, it's presented poorly. The excessive sex scenes and rushed moments of realization detract from the overall experience. For instance, they mention that the main character sees random letters after dying and that they are important, but throughout my playthrough, I didn't come across a single letter.
The beginning of the story was okay, but after a while the story felt rushed, there is no character development and the game was just short and dull, and the scenes were very bland and very short No dialogue skip, no auto-play, no save and load button, and at some point you cant go back to the previous dialogue if you happen to miss some. The only good thing in this game are the character sprites which are very cool sprites 👍👍👍 I dont recommend this game if you're looking for a much longer playtime and replayability as it just takes 1-2 hours to complete and it was like i was reading a book.
A good game but I would recommend it with some caveats first: this game is actually part of a series called Happiness and while other the other games don't necessarily need to be played I feel certain parts become more impactful particularly the ending if you have at least some knowledge of the prior games (which can be found on itch) second: the non-remaster version is also still available for cheaper and the main difference as far as I'm aware is the improved sprites and some added h scenes so you might want to go for that version instead if you're not sure about this game with that out of the way I'd say the story is good it has many twists and turns and is unpredictable in a good way. the characters are also likable so I'd say buy it if the concept interests you. it might be a bit on the shorter side and certain characters I wish were explored in more depth but they have bigger roles in other games in the series so I can live with that
someone cooked here
I bought this game when it was on sale for $2, which after playing the game, I would not pay full price for it. The story is short and it is missing some things that I think are vital for vns such as auto-skip, auto-play, and saves. You can only save where you left off and not make several saves per game. Once you reach an ending, you can't go back on the save, you have to do a new game. The story itself is ok, it felt all over the place and feels like there are some plot holes. There were more sexual scenes than I expected and most of it was not consensual. I will say I was surprised when each killer was revealed, I did not expect any of them. Tbh I did not know what expect since there were no screenshots. The achievements are relatively easy to get as long as play the game through, though I am missing the First Blood and the End achievement T_T if anyone knows how to get it, plzzz respond in the discussion post about them. I wanna get my blue ribbon for this game ! Anyways, for $2 I can recommend this game. Though there are some things missing for me, I don't regret playing the game. It was interesting, I just wish there was a walkthrough or smth because it feels like I'm missing an ending T_T

沒鑒賞室且無法隨時存檔,要看特殊的CG還要重玩一次,麻煩
When I downloaded this game I thought it'd be longer than it was and I also didn't think that you'd need to pay to fully understand the story but aside from those smaller things, I think this game is great with good graphics, amazing scenes and a story leaving you wanting more, I finished this game in 2 and a half hours and I've practically finished it aside from 2 achievements and, well that's basically it. Highly recommend (but they should maybe lower the price for what the game is and has, content-wise)
Visual novel with an interesting premise. Not a bad game by any means. If you like mystery stories, it's up your alley. Nobody seems to know how to get 1 of the achievements, so good hunting folks lol
