Out of all those, Outbreak was the better one as a story, but at some point someone got lazy while writing it. Not only did it start developing a bunch of plot holes, but the entire ending was skipped and shown as a series of static images jumping around. Bus Stop could have been good as a theatre play, but it doesn’t work as well in the format you’re getting it in. The rest is whatever.

I think the hate for it is a little overblown. Although Hou+ may not be worth it at full price, if you're a higurashi fan, grab it when it's on discount! The concepts explored here are quite interesting, especially in the later half of the outbreak story. The bus stop part was also nice, as we explore the origin of higurashi, which is neat to see as a fan. In conclusion, pick this up if you're a big fan of higurashi and want to see the origins of the series and some extra shenanigans the gang get up to!

这剧本写的也真是烂得可以，bus stop居然把魅音和梨花撮合在一起还以为在看同人小说，梨花+赤坂/魅音+k1都不错，但是梨花+魅音是何意味，很难想这是07写出来的，也太ooc了，画风就是标准百合视觉小说的画风，我乐意看点儿百合，但是这是寒蝉，你这么搞真的让我难以接受

Besides bus stop all of these are actively bad, and even bus stop is just okay and only really worth reading if you're curious at the earliest stage of the story.
