That rarest of things - a building game with an interesting story. Has some annoying bugs and design features, replayability is somewhat limited, and god do the buildings not fit together well. Oh, and some basic research options take the game from 'borderline impossible' to 'actually quite straightforward.' But it's a good game, and worth playing if you like vaguely creepy vaguely depressing space opera.
Nice game, game balance is broken in some places and games often does not show data about tech untill it researched, few places are just unbalanced (go build 1000 batteries) etc., so pick low difficulty to have a lot of resources (you still need to mine and collect them, regular threadfs are still lethal)
Addictive
Definitely recommended. If you need a comparison, this makes me think of Homeworld. Over arching storyline where you want to know the ending. However instead of fleet management and battles, this is a colony management game. The management is all about keeping balance within the space station you are the administrator of. Keeping balance allows you to pursue scientific discovery and move the space station through the stars to find a new home.
the crew doesnt build if the dont have food, event turned of my food supply cant get it up and running uninstalled dumb design

I really enjoyed this, bought it on sale and played it almost solidly for a week until I'd finished it on normal and then challenge mode. It does take time to stabilise. Other people have said there is a ticking clock which is kind of true, but you still easily have time to extract every single node on the map if you can make the space to store it! Don't rush expansion until you're ready, but there is a constant feeling of optimisation, changing layouts, expanding districts, fitting new buildings in your already carefully tetris'd districts. The only truly finite resource is for late game power, but you can juggle enough to remain under the natural limit if needed. You transition nicely from micromanaging each building in the early game, to managing districts as a whole. The soundtrack was brilliant, and I really enjoyed the story. I got stuck on one of the last achievements but I enjoyed working to get it. Highly recommend this little gem and I hope there's a sequel.
Excellent story based city builder, only annoying part is not knowing the dimensions of buildings before they are unlocked which can make it difficult to plan. Highly recommend!!!
