Is it wrong to repay the debt in a dungeon? is a Unity based deck builder card game.
[h1]Story[/h1]
You play as Akane. Your father, Dinard, borrowed a large sum of money. The first two years the interest on the loan was only .0001%, the third year the interest increased to 100% of the principal per month. Fortunately Akane is a Knight in training and a labyrinth has appeared recently and needs to be cleared. The Adventurer's Guild is paying good money to clear the labyrinth.
[h1]Gameplay[/h1]
This game requires a patch from OTAKU Plan to unlock the adult content. The patch is an executable stored on a Google drive. The executable finds where you have the game installed, I have my games installed in a non-standard location and it had no issue locating it. You can tell if the patch is installed if you see breasts on the title menu. Without the patch there is no nudity and the brothel is not available.
After you get the introduction you head into the labyrinth. Your first trip to the labyrinth is a cake walk. You only have Normal Attack, Defense, and All-Out Attack as your cards. You have three action points per round. There is a symbol over the monster's head as to what they are going to do on their turn. Don't bother with defense if they are not attacking. You are told you can come back the next day to attempt the next level. When you come back you are informed that you can take jobs from the Adventurer's Guild bulletin board and that the jobs you will be able to accept will depend on your level. You are also told of The Lang Shop where you can purchase tools and equipment for the labyrinth. Another option, the Brothel, is mentioned as a third way to earn money. You are given a letter of introduction for the Brothel. After visiting all of the locations you will unlock the status screen where you can select what you want to do.
If you skip the introduction, this is where you will end up. At the map selection screen. The game can be completed in a number of different ways. You can work in the Brothel, as long as you keep your lust down. Most of the scenes are from the brothel. You can do quests from the Adventurer's Guild Bulletin Board. Failed quests are another source of scenes. Failing a quest usually means picking a specific option, and that option isn't obvious. You can kill monsters in the Labyrinth, which is how the game is designed to be played.
There are different phases to the game. Each phase requires you pay the Baron a certain amount of money in a certain time frame. You can ask for an extension, another source of scenes.
As you enter the Labrinth you may need to select from one or two options. If there is only one option, that is what you have to select. If there are two options you can select the one you want. Frequently encountered options are: Normal or Strong monsters, Chest or Mana Spring, Mana Spring or Strong monster. The Chests contents are similar to what you will encounter when you win a battle. The Mana Spring has three options: Large Heal, Medium Heal with some Magic Stones, Lots of Magic Stones. I frequently ran into Spring were there were no Magic Stones so it was bast to pick the Large Heal. Fights in the Labrinth are one to three monsters. After you successfully complete each battle you will get to choose a reward. This reward can be Magic Stones (Traded in town automatically for gold), Mana, Cards, and Rainbow Crystals.
You can fail up to three fights. When you fail you lose half of your Magic Stones. If you don't think you're going to win the next fight you can go back to town and you will only lose 30% of your Magic Stones (and keep your number of fight losses available the same).
Back in town you can upgrade your cards at the Order of Knights with Mana and Rainbow Crystals. You can purchase consumables (a waste of money in my book) and equipment from the Shop. The Arena can be used to raise your stats. If you completed a dungeon you can pick up your reward at the Adventurer's Guild, along with quests if you desire. You can also work in the Brothel if things aren't going well.
While the images for the scenes are mainly static stills there is audio that goes with them. ;)
Frequently the spacing in the text is off, normally following punctuation like ' and ". While I understand the text in the scenes not being spaced properly, it is a bit distracting for the regular text.

There are 27 scenes in the gallery. There is an unlock all button if you don't want to try to find them all. The scenes play exactly like they do in the game.

A good card game on its own. Adult content available only with patch from OTAKU Plan's website.
