We jumped in hoping for some chaotic co-op fun. Instead we spent a surprising amount of time in a tutorial that just wouldn’t end. For a game that clearly wants to be fast and arcade-style, the start felt weirdly slow and dragged on far longer than it should. When the actual gameplay finally started, things did get louder and more chaotic, but not really more interesting. Enemies kept spawning, effects filled the screen, and after a few minutes it already felt like we had seen everything the game wanted to show us. Less than an hour later we both just closed the game. For something built around chaos, it was surprisingly boring.
It start a bit weird...funny and lame in same time ..but all combined in a funny way ...but as you progress this game is more and more fun to play and very enjoyable ...is funny to think that these lil emojies aka glitch busters deliver our data in cables :) ..if you want a funny game with some action this one is very good and you can also play with your friends !!
Rare 2 player local co-op adventure gameplay with 2 bots accompanying in a bright 3rd person shooter, fighting-heavy but not too punishing (lots of continues), 6yo niece said she was 'impressed' by this one.
AAAH.... BEM MAIS OU MENOS, com amigos talvez seja melhorzinho, mas achei bem mediano.
Glitch Busters: Stuck On You is a cooperative third-person action game developed by Toylogic Inc. and published by Skybound Games that embraces chaotic teamwork, playful physics, and a bright, cartoon-styled digital world. Rather than chasing the precision or competitive balance of more serious shooters, the game positions itself as a lighthearted co-op experience where improvisation, shared problem-solving, and spontaneous moments of comedy are the real focus. From the start, it feels designed to be enjoyed with friends, leaning into cooperative mechanics that are as much about movement and positioning as they are about shooting enemies. The setting is a stylized virtual realm suffering from rampant glitches and corrupted programs, turning once-orderly environments into unpredictable playgrounds. Players take on the role of “Glitch Busters,” a small squad tasked with clearing out digital threats and restoring stability across a variety of themed stages. The narrative framing is intentionally simple and energetic, acting as a backdrop rather than a driving force. It exists mainly to justify the constant escalation of absurd enemies, shifting environments, and over-the-top scenarios that unfold as missions progress. At the heart of the gameplay is the game’s distinctive magnetic movement system. Each character’s lower body functions like a magnet, allowing players to stick together, repel one another, or chain movements in creative ways. This mechanic fundamentally shapes how the game is played, encouraging players to coordinate not just their attacks, but their physical positioning. Teammates can stack on top of each other to reach elevated areas, fling one another across gaps, or use combined momentum to escape danger. When everything aligns, these mechanics create moments that feel organic and joyful, reinforcing the idea that cooperation is the main weapon. Combat complements this design by remaining accessible and flexible rather than rigid or overly technical. Players unlock and cycle through a range of weapons, each with exaggerated effects that emphasize spectacle and crowd control over precision. Shooting is straightforward, but the chaos of enemy swarms, environmental hazards, and teammate interactions ensures that encounters rarely feel static. Enemies are varied enough to encourage teamwork—some are best handled through coordinated fire, while others require clever use of positioning or movement—but the overall tone remains playful rather than punishing. Level design reflects the game’s energetic personality. Stages are colorful and imaginative, jumping between wildly different themes that keep visual fatigue at bay. Environmental features often interact with the magnetic mechanics, pushing players to think creatively about traversal and spacing rather than simply following linear paths. While objectives themselves are simple—clear areas, survive waves, defeat bosses—the way players approach them can vary depending on how well the team communicates and experiments with the movement system. The experience shines brightest in full co-op sessions. With friends, Glitch Busters becomes a shared sandbox of problem-solving and mishaps, where unexpected collisions or failed maneuvers often result in laughter rather than frustration. Local and online co-op options make it easy to jump in with others, reinforcing the social nature of the game. In contrast, solo play with AI companions tends to feel less engaging. The AI struggles to fully leverage the magnetic mechanics, which can make missions feel flatter and highlight how central human coordination is to the game’s design. Presentation plays a major role in selling the experience. The art style is vibrant and exaggerated, with expressive character designs and environments that feel like living cartoons. Visual clarity is generally strong, helping players keep track of enemies and teammates even during chaotic moments. Sound design supports this with punchy effects and energetic music that reinforces the game’s upbeat tone, though it rarely aims for subtlety or atmosphere beyond maintaining momentum. Progression exists but remains relatively modest. Unlockable weapons and stages provide a sense of forward movement, yet the core gameplay loop does not change dramatically over time. This can make longer play sessions feel repetitive, especially for players looking for deep customization or evolving mechanics. The game instead relies on the inherent unpredictability of co-op interactions to keep things fresh, which works well in short bursts but may limit long-term solo appeal. Community response reflects this balance. Players who approach Glitch Busters as a casual co-op title often praise its inventive movement system and ability to generate memorable moments with friends. Others point out that its mechanics lack the depth and polish of more refined shooters, and that technical roughness or limited progression can hold it back. These critiques are valid, but they also underscore how clearly the game prioritizes fun and cooperation over refinement. Overall, Glitch Busters: Stuck On You succeeds as a cooperative action game that values creativity, humor, and shared chaos above all else. It may not satisfy players seeking tight gunplay or deep systems, but it delivers an experience that feels playful and communal, especially when enjoyed with friends. For groups looking for a colorful, physics-driven co-op game that encourages experimentation and laughter rather than mastery, Glitch Busters offers a lively and memorable digital playground. Rating: 7/10
GlitchBusters has some serious issues, especially if you play solo. The AI companions are terrible: they barely shoot, run away, and often get themselves killed, making the game frustrating without real players. The game also has no pause, forcing you to finish missions in one go. The double-jump mechanic (jumping on allies to jump again) is easy to forget and suddenly required during later boss fights, which feels unfair. Bosses themselves are repetitive and feel like slightly tweaked clones. Lastly, the campaign sometimes forces you to stop and grind money or upgrades before continuing, breaking the flow. Overall, I like GlitchBusters, but by the end, almost halfway through the game, I felt like I had enough. I'm done. The game is good, but it has a lot of problems i really wanted to like the game.
平台跳跃部分占比很大,战斗爽的慎入
criminally underrated coop platformer+shooter combo. tried it only with bots so far but i can tell that it will be ultra fun with the right friend group. ran flawlessly without any adjustments on my setup
