For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A neat revival of the old Dungeon Keeper in cartoonish graphics and with incessant jokes and references to World of Warcraft, Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones. I believe if you haven't played and seen these works, you won't get the humour behind and cannot fully appreciate this game as these references are a major part of the game. Apart from the old Dungeon Keeper, in which you only take care of your dungeon and stave off incoming adventures and heroes with your minions and traps, Dungeons 2 lets you go out and destroy human settlements and cities, which plays differently. In your dungeon, you can pick up your minons with your hand and move them wherever you want to do whatever you wish. In the overworld, however, it plays as a regular real-time strategy, not unlike Warcraft (the looks are also stunningly similar). In the base game, you also play either as the Horde (goblins, orcs, trolls, nagas) or the Demons (arachnids, mindflayers, pit lords, succubi), so you have an option to select which faction you want to play (this applies to the last campaign mission and SP skirmishes and multiplayer). PROS: + humour & various references to other games and movies + great dungeon building + option of selecting one of the two evil factions CONS: - messy research management (the game lacks some kind of research overview as you need to be clicking on various rooms and checking which improvement you've got and which not). - imbalanced factions: the orcs are fun and easy to play, the demons are very weak in the beginning and their servants very slow at mining gold and digging tunnels - the only time I had to start over the entire game was when I played Demons (and I had to restart more than just once).
Solid game. Really enjoy building the dungeon. Don't love the action above ground. The 'comedy' can be a little grating.
Comedic dungeon builder.
As much as I've enjoyed this, nothing can stand up to how much fun and passion went into Dungeon Keeper 2 of 1999. I was just given hope that I could play it through Microsoft on the Xbox PC pass and it opened, I GOT TO SEE THE INTRO AFTER 11 YEARS. (I was playing this from like the age of 5-7 til i was 8 or 9) I miss it so much, and the game had the mouse stuck in the bottom right corner. I tried 9 different fixes but the most recent was in 2017 before Windows 11, even with the Win95 compatibility feature nothing changed it, it only made it worse than when i first opened it. My nostalgic soul is crushed. I have it downloaded but I can't play it. Then I remembered I didn't leave a review here. I hope for a remake with an untouched script.
