Five Nights at Freddy's 4

FNAF 4 is nightmare fuel wearing tiny bedroom slippers. Taking the series out of the security office and putting it in a kid’s bedroom was evil in the best way. The whole game feels personal, claustrophobic, and way too quiet until it absolutely is not. The listening mechanic is terrifying. You are standing at doors, straining to hear breathing, wondering if your headphones are betraying you, and then suddenly something with too many teeth reminds you that you are, in fact, not built for this. The Nightmare animatronics are some of the scariest designs in the series. They are sharp, huge, ugly, monstrous, and somehow exactly what your childhood brain would invent if it wanted you to never sleep again. I love FNAF 4, but I also hate what it does to my nervous system. Played it. Did not beat it. Survived emotionally? Debatable.

GREAT game if you see this and read it thank you for reading, but overall a very fun game to play I am a big fnaf fan and love this game.

I know it says i have 58.2 hours on the game but in reality, i spent like 6-8 hours doing actual attempts. As one of the many people (I hope) who have 100%'ed this game, I would honestly give it a 7/10 because while the jump scares are startling, after the first few, it starts to become not scary and more annoying than actually frightening. The ambience is absolutely fantastic and really brings out the eerie-ness of the house and what's going on. I will say however the first time i played this was on my loud ahh TV and N.B jump scared me and took me out of commission for like 3 months from playing this game. However once i got it on PC, lacking in headphones and using crappy laptop speakers, I started my journey to 100% the game that reaped my soul so long ago. The first 4 nights were relatively easy and even the introduction of Nightmare Fredbear (my favourite character btw) and night 6 were still a breeze. Only on night 7 did my confidence waver and i started to truly struggle staying alive for the first 4 hours as on this night, N.B, N.C, N.F and N.FO really set out to make my life as hard as possible. But after an hour of perseverance, i got through it. Night 8 went down no problem and then i began the challenge nights. I started doing them individually and for insta foxy at least for me, (after discovering Brayden Strat without his video) made the night easier than without him starting in the closet. Blind mode was just a visual change and i got it done real quick and mad Freddy was just night 7 but a tighter Freddy interval. Only when it came to all nightmare did i have issues, as sometimes nightmare due to his AI will just be guaranteed to kill you; but i still overcame and went on to do the final two combined challenges: blind mode all nightmare and blind mode, mad freddy, insta foxy. bllind mode all nightmare went down quick as it just remembering where the doors and closet are and for blind mode, mad Freddy, insta foxy, it went down in about an hour after a few bonnie deaths, 1 chica glitch death and few deaths to nightmare after I lost where the doors and closet were. Anyways this detailed piece of writing is to showcase that even with no headphones and crappy speakers the game is still 100% beatable and hopefully will allow whoever reads this to finally gain the liquid courage to beat my favourite FNaF game of all time...
