Dreamcage Escape

Some of the graphics are iffy and the game isn't long enough, but the puzzles are fun to figure out. You basically go through 16 stages trying to find the exit by solving rudimentary puzzles related to numbers, using a screwdriver to unscrew something, etc. It's much easier than a game like Myst but does contain a few challenging segments. There are a couple parts that require slight math or memorization skills but it's at a grade school level. With that said the hardest thing about the game is knowing where to click. There is one particular puzzle that I got stuck at because I needed to apply the inverse solution, which in itself seemed nonsensical but made logical sense in terms of how the puzzle works. The game takes a couple hours to complete and you need to collect 40 coins scattered through the maps to unlock the final puzzle room and get to the ending screen. If you like this game, I recommend Doors: Paradox as it is a more graphically enhanced version of a similar concept.

There's nothing actually wrong with this game other than the broken achievements. It has nice art, but it runs in a little framed box less than half the screen. It isn't a pixel hunt, except to find the coins that inexplicably unlock the final level. There are notes in some of the scenes that add a little flavor, but not enough to get you invested in the story. It's cheap but short (maybe 2 hours). I played the whole thing, but mainly because it's all pretty much instant-solve easy. It is what it is, not really a room escape game, just click until the machine works.

Very nice relaxing game. Puzzles not complicated at all, not the point. Very attractive looking game.

I agree with what has been said by others: The ending is underwhelming and the achievements don't seem to work. Other than that, I actually quite enyoed this little puzzle game.

This game is pretty okay for an escape game. The most offense these kinds of games can do is having obtuse clues and wack, groundless solutions. Which fortunately this game does not have. Some tinkering puzzles but none too time wasting. Oddly enough, achievements do not work for me. So take note.

good puzzle game

The game is quite whatever, but mostly it's technical issues that make it a negative review. To play it, you'll need to change your desktop resolution to 1280x800. Otherwise you'll see tiny window surrounded by a huge black box.

This one was okay. I managed to collect every coin and solved every level. From my understanding the Achievements are bugged so you cant actually get them according to the discussions. If that doesn't bother you then I say give this game a try if you like puzzle point and clicks.
