If you're just here to have random fun in a game mode without going for achievements or 3 stars, go ahead. I think it's worth it for Back Alley Brawl alone, just for a fun, arcade-y combat experience where you can just go wild with Dishonored's great combat. If you are a completionist, however, the devs tell you to shove it up your ass. The challenges are such a massive pain in the ass, success often relying heavily on RNG. It shows the absolute worst of Dishonored, and under this much pressure for perfection, the game's cracks start to show. During Bonfire Expert, I noticed how clunky the movement was when trying to go as fast as possible, with Corvo missing jumps, randomly deciding not to mantle onto objects within clear reach, humping the wall instead of jumping when you're too close to something. During Mystery Foe, I noticed how broken enemy vision cones are, sometime not seeing me when I'm leaning out in front of them, and other times just randomly spotting me from behind and fully turning around to reveal me for 0 reason. During Burglary, I noticed how ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ broken the Guard pathing was, when I knocked out 2 guys loudly in the back room on the 4th floor, and for some reason the ENTIRE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ BUILDING walked up the stairs and all fought me, when previously I've gotten into fights ON THE STAIRS and they didn't hear a thing. Dishonored is a great game, one of my favorites, but the Dunwall City Trials are the absolute worst thing to ever come out of this series.

People might want to kill me for saying this but I actually really like this dlc and I think the achievements aren't that bad, they are VERY difficult for sure but they aren't impossible. I had fun doing them anyway.
God what a PIECE OF ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ this DLC is. Seriously, this single little addition to the game made my playtime go from 70 to almost 112 in pursuit of 100%. Idk who made these achievements, but they deserve to be put inside The Device™ until they beat this ♥♥♥♥ blindfolded. This whole DLC feels like an afterthought and is completely shadowed by Daud's campaign, and the sheer amount of tedium, RNG and bugs made me almost put a fist through my monitor. For what it's worth, it makes 100% much more of a flex than your standard game. But that's all the good I have to say about this pit where hope goes to die.
谁家好人拿玩家当狗溜😭😭😭
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ piece of ♥♥♥♥
