Good, Short and Compact Game, This game is very similar to the recently launched game 'Replaced'.
Just a small NOTE :
If you quit the game in the middle of a chapter, the game will start at the beginning of that chapter. To start from the same position you left off, you have to manually select a part of that chapter.
Escape from zombies! Barricade doors and climb the roof. Solve simple puzzles to unlock path to next area and don't get bitten.
besides the janky mechanics, i believe this is one of the most saddest games I've played. Games don't usually make me cry, but this one does. The artwork and story telling in this game is phenominal, and worth every penny I paid for it. I will admit, It comes with its flaws. The mechanics don't always respond properly and theres bugs with the death audio playing only after you revived, but that is to be expected from a game that came out in 2012. Its an easy game to get through and I would highly recommend just for its art and story-telling.
Game was nice at the beginning, then they decided to do unfair level design. Thanks for the scam.

I bought this game very cheaply at some point, and it has been sitting deep in my backlog ever since. I finally decided to give it a shot because of its unique art style and interesting concepts. I've always been a sucker for 2.5D cinematic platformers, and the story here is actually pretty decent, along with the memorable characters you meet along the journey. However, the severe technical issues completely ruined the experience for me.
Gameplay, Story & Atmosphere
At first glance, the premise might seem overused - a zombie apocalypse set in Seattle where you play as just another survivor. What makes it unique, though, is its presentation as a 2.5D cinematic platformer featuring a surprisingly diverse arsenal of weapons scattered throughout the environment. The atmosphere is dark, gritty, and truly captures the bleak essence of the end of the world. The characters refer to the undead as "shadows," and boy, can they overwhelm you quickly. You always have to stay on your toes, constantly deciding whether a fight is worth taking or if it's better to just run. Every new area has an uninviting, desolate look that perfectly showcases the apocalypse at every step. To be fair, the parkour mechanics are fun and well-executed, and the puzzles are decent enough to keep you engaged.
The Broken Auto-Save & Constant Crashes
The absolute worst part of this game is its technical state, suffering from bugs that will likely never get fixed. Essentially, you have to try and beat the game in one sitting while praying it doesn't crash on you. Thankfully, the game is quite short - if you know what you're doing, it can easily be finished in around 2 hours. However, the frequent crashes aren't even the main issue, it's the broken save system. The game seems to log your checkpoints properly at first, but eventually, the auto-save either gets stuck and stops saving entirely, or it fails to register anything at all. When the game inevitably crashes or if you close it down to continue later, you are forced to start from the absolute beginning of the game. Having to restart from scratch is incredibly daunting, even for a short title, and it completely kills your momentum.
Final Thoughts
While the game is genuinely enjoyable and the story is solid for its current pocket-change price tag, the fact that you risk losing all your progress makes it incredibly hard to recommend. It’s only worth looking into if you can somehow guarantee your system won't crash and you're willing to power through the entire thing in a single sitting, but it's a massive gamble. The game has a lot going for it - the vision, the atmosphere, and a unique spin on a tired genre - but these glaring technical flaws work heavily against it.
Rating: 5/10
"This [strike] save point [/strike] game is no more than a trap to hunt the survivors" The intro sets up a classic yet well toned "save my family from zombies" trope, but then the story loses the thread and never really finds it again. By the time the credits roll, the ending feels like a total flop. Devs do try to compensate it with action-paced scenes, but I actually wish there were less of them, As soon as you get into the flow, you'll be likely killed by a zombie jumping from a closed door, stumble upon an off-screen enemy and the other will kick you to death, or you'll die in a chase sequence where you have exactly 0,00000000000001 sec margin for error. It's not a bad game, but It really is 5 out of 10, so you won't lose anything if you skip it or watch it on youtube. By the way, the game starts from the beginning if you press continue, but no panic - get into the episodes and choose the lase available. There are enough save points, so you won't miss your progress.
This game should require a controller because the controls are terrible and delayed bigtime for such a "director's cut". The art style looks cool and the voice acting is very good but basically everything else is generic and some parts steal from other properties(glenn meeting rick is literally in this game and done way worse). The side scroller feel just didn't work for this game personally and could have been something so much more interesting with a little polish that the developers weren't worth giving. 4/10
