the best dark souls game
muito bom, recomendo a todos

Very good level design and build variety. Pretty good world design, not as great as the original Dark Souls, but still up there. You can tell it had a troubled development, like 90% of From Software's catalog, and this reflects on the DLC definitely being the best parts of the game, but the base game is still pretty great. If someone brings up "Miyazaki" while talking negatively about this game, there's a huge chance they're about to say some nonsense, all the issues with the game are characteristic of FromSoftware as a studio all the way back in the 90s. The setting this time around is much more dreamlike than the first game, and I quite enjoy it. I won't pretend that I care about the story of the Souls games past the first one, but there was still dialogue in this game that I enjoyed. The bosses, which are the main focus for a lot of people, can be pretty hit or miss, but I think that a majority of them still provide an adequate challenge when paired with the area they belong to (the level sadly doesn't seem to be part of the challenge in From's games in the 2020s, and DS2 has some of my favourite runbacks, even if I rarely die to the bosses nowadays), and there's still some standout bosses like Burnt Ivory King. There's also some TERRIBLE ones in this game, like Ancient Dragon, probably the worst boss From ever made in their Souls-like games. But, overall, it's still a lovely game. Just don't expect it to be Dark Souls 1, and especially not 3. It is the From Souls-like game that's least derivative (or derived from), barring the fantastic Sekiro, if you count it.
very nice
Do not listen to any reviews (except this one of course). It's a souls game. It's a bit different than the rest, but it's still a souls game. Do not skip it because of people who dislike it. It has it's flaws, yet it has a lot of pros. You might hate it, or you might love it. Play it and make up your own mind :)
