If you are looking for something to pick up for spooky season, Grab your Halloween candy, this game and let's smash some pumpkins. The story keeps you wanting to go, and the new game plus with some extra goodies is fantastic, reminding you of extra places to explore once you beat the game. I'm going to let my mind clear like a goldfish and come back in spooky season to try out the new game plus. There are so many fun weapons to use, at first I didn't think I would get much use out of most of them, but by the end of the game I had pretty fairly used each one a tremendous amount. The puzzles are not too difficult, adding more mechanics as you go along your adventure. There were a few parts of the game that had some frames drop, but for the most part the game ran flawlessly For lovers of story driven first person shooters, this game is a definite pickup. ps - deal with the telephones with the hammer

Love this boomer shooter!

As someone who loves bioshock, to me this is like a love child of the game. I've seen some of the reviews for the game, some saying that some aspects are bland, weapons bland and the same fight room every time a wave happens. I can see where that can get boring but guess what, I honestly don't care. This game tickled the hell out of my ADHD brain, as someone who plays on a very low-end PC this ran great. So much bishock was in this game and i loved every second of it, one hell of a plot twist as well it got me very good. Some say the story wasn't the greatest but I think it was great, maybe it could use some polishing here and there but overall my time with this was great. Will most likely for a 100% run on this game, looking forward from seeing more of this world because it is interesting

one of the better trial & error purchases, i've made on steam. it has everything, you'd want from a pleasantly entertainig shooter - a diverse set of 'thundersticks' mostly with unique abilities with some really nice ideas implemented. a setting, that definitely isn't worn out and sufficient enemy variety and god, can they be cruel, fast and annoying :D it runs smoothly and so far (i'd say, i'm 3/4 through it) i haven't encountered any noticable bugs. the only thing twisted tower sadly lacks is a good story. the old 'knight in shiny armour' saves the captured sweetheart from mr. evil is really something, we've seen about a hundred thousand times and it's not arousing the slightest bit of interest, since there's not an awful lot of substance. the game is held together by its linearity, yet the level design is well done. you'd still feel like pushing forward, though the story isn't cutting it. last thing to mention is the really fair purchse price. i've been entertained less for way more dosh.
