Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 14 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A game for true lovers of the CRPG genre. It is one that rewards those who appreciate quality depth of story, one for those who love to read, and allow their minds to develop the world that is generously presented to them. To that end, it is a game for a niche target audience, and might not have a broader appeal as some other CRPG's do. However, if you love reading, a deep story about the sense of self, then this is something you will have to experience.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 11: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

As of this review I haven't played Planescape:torment so I judge this game for what it is, if you are ok with a lot of reading, and would enjoy a game with a unique and quite surreal setting, the missions and locations are very interesting and different, there are many small unique stories to find if you are willing to read a bunch, the main story is also unique and interesting though not the main pull of the game for me, the game is not perfect but for me its a fun unique experience that doesn't overstate it's welcome, I finished it in 30 hours and I play slow. a few negatives are that the combat system is not great, but you can mostly skip it and since you don't combat much, when you do, you can have fun exploring new abilities, one more negative is roleplayingwise since combat is not important and there isn't any stealth system, you don't have much incentive to play anything but a high intelligence character, I was drawn to playing a high intelligence character from the start, but I can see it as something that could potentially annoy people. all in all I felt compelled to write this review because I skipped this game for 5 years because of bad reviews, which I believe are mainly because people expected a different game, if it wasn't compared to its predecessor, or other popular crpgs at the time that had an extensive combat system and was seen for what it is, in my opinion it would've gotten much higher reviews and people who could enjoy it like myself wouldn't miss it.
Well written story. Excellent game play. Love it.
good read
A good game if you are a fan of games like baldurs gate 1 & 2.
I like mapping all the possible choices in RPG games. I've been here for 43 hours and I'm not even feeling exhausted. Ofc this is not a game for everybody, glad that it is for me.
the beta was better than the finished product.
I'll be honest - there's a lot of on-the-fencery about this game. Looking from the outside, deciding whether to play it or not, I took a chance - I was also nervous about what people said. I'll say this - this game is great. It's very insightful, has a lot of charm, and is well-written. Go into it with some patience. Let the world wash over you. All the dialogue and descriptions. Talk to all the people. The world has a very fleshed out feeling to it. There's some very insightful writing in this gem. For example, you ask one of your companions (a homeless 10-year-old girl) what she thinks of another companion (a curmudgeonly old man), and the dialogue goes: R- "He's sweet," she says. "And sad. Like an uncle no one goes to visit." A - "I'm not sad, kid. Just tired." R- "It probably is tiring being sad all the time." I mean, let's be real, that's something a 10-year-old would say to an adult. Just the right amount of honest observation, and just the right amount of blunt logic. ------- The bar quest with all the old veterans and their tales is wonderful. ------- The companions (I'll just do the first letter of their names, 'cause spoilers are lame), O, R, E, and M, all have good chemistry. The companions A and C were a bit dickish for my taste - they seemed more like you're on their adventure, and less like they would ever be your real companions/friends (which seems to be the point of their characters). ------- To me, the writing, the atmosphere, the world, and the story are the key components that make this game. Combat is solid - it's CRPG-esque. There isn't a great deal of it - you can fight pretty often, but it isn't the focus. Not as complex as Pathfinder, but not so simple as to be boring. I would definitely focus on Speed and Intelligence in a character build - there aren't a lot of Might-based skill checks or weapons. Edge is massively important for not wasting your resource points. Put edge in speed or intelligence (if you do might, only one point is necessary, but it really is a waste.) -------- I think it's absolutely worth playing this game. It does take time to get settled into it. It is for the more story-oriented player. But if you want to play something that attempts to reach a part of your soul, that tries to touch a bit on the human experience, that has depth - then play Tides of Numenera. Worth it.
Did I really not review this? It's good, indeed.
