best game ever!!! <3333
These game is amaizing I really like the stealth machencis and the physics is awesome!!! and Sam Fisher himself is tough and cool character and his voice acting is are fantastic.
I'm a huge fan of the Splinter Cell series. I have been for 20 years. I've been replaying the games, and with a fresh playthrough in my head, I can tell you that you should absolutely play this game if you're into stealth games. For my recent playthough, I used the "Enhanced SC" mod, which adds widescreen support, fixes graphical issues caused by modern hardware changes, and adds QoL features that the PS2/gamecube version had. If you're going to play this game, I recommend getting this mod. It really helps. If you ask me what my favourite Splinter Cell game is, I'm going to tell you it's Chaos Theory, but Version 2 of Double Agent and Blacklist are close behind. The first game is damn good, though, and you really see how the series progressed when you play it. My only real issue with this game is the forced action scenes put in levels. You can't really stealth through the entire game. I mean, they are playthroughs online that show you can, but good luck doing that on your first playthrough. You really need to know every inch of every map to do it. But if that's my main complaint, then hey, this is a pretty damn good game. Give it a shot. It's only $13 (In Canada)
Clunky but really crazy visuals for how old the game is- the controls are frustrating due to the nature of the pc port- that being said- pandora tomorrow's controls (using a controller) are thankfully alot more user friendly.
bought this in the legacy collection bundle it's cool. has the usual stealth mechanics in every other game (light and sound), but i swear whoever did the level design is a sadist. the game is rough, and is showing its age, but it's still worth trying and pretty fun if you can get over the clunkiness
Horrible clunky garbage it's a miracle they made a series out of this mess
Clunky buggy mess
it still is good to this day, but also not 4/5
It's the game I remember. Hard as hell, you might want to skip this one if you're short tempered.
got me back into gaming after a time I coulnt play for lack of interest and attention. A true classic.
