About
OPERATE WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS
Sam is back in his tactical suit and goggles, more lethal and agile than ever. Granted the freedom to do whatever it takes to stop the Blacklist, he races across the globe to uncover the source of this devastating threat.
OWN YOUR PLAYSTYLE
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist builds on the franchise’s stealth roots while expanding into action and adventure. Players can define their own playstyle and are rewarded accordingly:
- Ghost players remain undetected.
- Assault players confront threats head-on.
- Panther players strike silently and lethally with precision.
TOOLS OF THE TRADE
Take down the Engineers using advanced gadgets like the upgraded Snake Cam and the Micro-trirotor Drone. Fan favorites return, including the Sticky Shocker and the brutal curved Karambit knife. Stealth enthusiasts can abduct and carry enemies, while the Killing in Motion system lets players mark and execute multiple targets in one fluid, cinematic move.
BUILD A NEW ECHELON
Sam is forming a new Echelon unit: his team, his rules. Anna “Grim” Grímsdóttir returns as technical operations manager, CIA operative Isaac Briggs brings firepower, and hacker Charlie Cole rounds out the crew. Fourth Echelon operates from the Paladin, a repurposed stealth airliner equipped with unlimited resources and cutting-edge tech.

Ubisoft messed up the "link to ubisoft account" crap and I am locked out of the game. Also cannot refund the game. I have conviction and also have serious issues with it like being locked out the dlc I already purchased and used when it first released however many iterations of Call of duty ago. If you get it to work its not bad. I had it on ps3 and enjoyed it but wanted to give er the old mouse and keyboard treatment but ended up wasting money just so I can write this hopeless review of Ill repute. I think I used that correctly
(June 24, 2026) To get Blacklist to start on Windows 11, delete systemdetect.dll Steam 2 Controller does not work. If anyone finds a solution please message me the steps. ~ Muah, happy gaming. =================== Update (6/30/2026): Installed on DIY PC running Steam OS (3.9 beta channel). Steam Controller 2 works. Blacklist boots AFTER logging into Ubisoft. Ubisoft box will popup after you click on the game. User must login before game fully opens.
Crashes every 15 minutes and is less a stealth sandbox and more a collection of stealth themed missions from a mid-tier Call of Duty game
Los años le pasaron, pero sigue siendo un juegazo. Buena campaña, excelente sigilo y demuestra que los buenos juegos no envejecen.
this game is amazing, not like the other games please paste this into the launch options if you dont want it to crash every 20 minutes -offline -offline_mode
This game defined my childhood but unfortunately fails to run on modern systems and crashes every 30 minutes and requires a handful of work in order to run. I miss old Ubi :(
good game but it's half finished and charlie missions are peak ubislop game design
Splinter cell Blacklist is (IN PAPER) a solid stealth game but very different to the original Splinter cell formula. In it's core it's a lot like Conviction; movement is responsive and fluid which makes good for some action sequences but other than that it doesn't innovate much. Online play has been offline for years so COOP and PVP i haven't tried it If you look at it as an independent stealth game; it's pretty decent and it manages to keep you entertained but the story is nothing memorable. Chemistry between characters is nice; Some characters from older series make a return but at the end it's just another "nothing burger". Story is the same as every Tom Clancy game, kill bad guy and save the US (Gets tiring after a while). Sam is not voiced by Michael Ironside which is very difficult to ignore as a veteran of the series. I would recommend the game if it was well maintained but it keeps crashing every 20 - 30 minutes and the end cutscene just doesn't play at all, untill it's fixed i'm mantaining a negative review about it. 100%'ing this was a pain, Not because the game was difficult (Far from it) but the bugs, questionable AI and barely any QoL made it really difficult to enjoy.
Not huge into the sc games as I've only completed Conviction which was fun and now this one. (Ubi please add achievements to Conviction). I liked it a lot. Felt like I was playing a season of 24. One of the good seasons- you won't be pulling wires with your belt to bring down a commercial airliner thankfully. Good espionage, action, tension, thrilling. I suck at these games so I played on easy, still provides a good challenge but you can thankfully get upgrades to make things a little easier. I also like how you can play your way- go Rambo, go silent killer or don't kill anyone. All up to you and you get rewarded for everything so it gives the good dopamine hits. Steam achievements too are nice. Main voice actor is...fine. But very bland. Huge disappointment. Should've kept Ironside.
Неплохой стэлс-экшен своего времени. Отлично зайдёт на пару вечеров побегать позалипать
