Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Latest in each market: best AU #63, worst JP #84 · 2 markets collected
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.71/day in the week to Aug 26 → 7/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Honestly not as impressive as I thought it was going to be considering how positive the reviews are for this game which goes to show that not all racing games are for everyone. I had fun for like maybe the first two days then by the third I was like why am I even doing this. It just seems like it is going to be the same thing over and over. Racing the rivals or whatever you want to call them is all it might be in the early game and I do not think it is worth playing for me personally. I was hoping there would be more differences in the races but it just felt the same. Once I started to pull on them they just kinda felt like they were weighted by something and I just won. I was even on the challenging difficultly setting. Maybe it gets better later on. Progression also seems a little weird with the grinding skill points to unlock things. Just makes it so you have to jump through more things in order to get the reward imo.

Amazing vibes & runs very well despite on UE5, way better than the recently released AAA game. Such a great experiencing hardcore racing game. Highly recommended playing this game with eurobeat playing in the background, then it's a chef's kiss.

Really like this game, sadly I only knew of, but did not play the older TXR's when I was younger, but after running the first one in ReDream, seems like its about the same, just better. One of the few examples of a studio just sticking with a good formula and building on it with intent and care. Good car selection, progression feels stable, not too grindy, not just getting things handed to you a la Forza. Handling is good, certainly unique to the game with the continuous high-speed driving. I especially appreciate the tire wear, coolant/oil temp and nitro that needs to be refilled either out the trunk of some rando at a parking area or back at the garage, no NFS-style refill while you drive. The touches of reality/sim elements to an otherwise arcade game can be a bit of a gamble, but i feel its executed well here. Customization is adequate. Nothing beats the concept of auto-scuplt still, but the selection of parts, vinyls and colors make it so its easy to create something unique. A bit more licensed bodykits would be cool, but I know how difficult it may be to find examples to properly measure/model, not to mention rights if the company still exists. As a amateur photographer, the camera is more advanced than i expected, and I've spent quite alot of time just taking good pictures while I'm out on a run. Modding scene is, somewhat sparse from a nexus POV, but whats there is pretty good with interesting changes available like dynamic day/night, sound mods, cars, stat adjustments etc. The AI is actually pretty decent to race, some AI are fodder as to be expected, but i find myself getting challenged enough that only for a brief time in the beginning did i feel like I could walk anything on the highway. Most of the time, at least at this stage of the game, i find races to still be a good mix and the difficulty scaling seems to be properly synced with what i have available to me to overcome it. Great job GenkiGoblins, now, MULTIPLAYER WHENNNNNNN!?!? You have so many players that play AC, CarX and others so that they can play with friends online, even though they are doing the same loop we're playing here. Getting MP in here, even as a private affair with no matchmaking would help keep some of that playerbase here longer, if thats what you'd like.
felt like i was playing ZERO again. i love it

Captures the feel of the original. It's the only racing game I really like mainly due to the upgrades and the way you race against rivals. Just feels way more interesting than a normal racing game. Well done. Runs very well too (as long as you turn on the setting to stop camera shake...)
This game radiates a genuine old-school atmosphere. It’s an arcade-style racer that demands skill — and sometimes a bit of luck — to succeed. Unlike some modern titles from Microsoft that shower you with cars at every turn, here every purchase is meaningful. Choosing the right vehicle and tuning can make or break your run, and that weight adds depth to the experience. What really stands out are the customization options. They perfectly capture the spirit of 1990s Japan, with that unmistakable aesthetic that defined the era. The focus on Japanese domestic brands gives the game a unique authenticity, and each car carries its own charm. For me, this goes beyond performance. I grew up during that era, and even if some cars are weaker or less optimal in the game, I still choose them. Owning and driving those models — even virtually — brings back the thrill and nostalgia of the time. It’s not just about winning; it’s about reliving the feel of an era that shaped my love for racing games.
