Literally like a tiny sims, but better.

i find it boring

I gotta be honest, I played this game shortly after it came out, and I really enjoyed it. I'm not sure if it's because I have some mods installed via the Steam Workshop or if things have just somehow changed over the course of a few updates, but it has gotten so buggy that I'm not sure if it's really worth it to me to play anymore. You cannot have a bedside table and still sleep in the bed and even if there is nothing disrupting your path to the bed, you have to click beside the bed and walk there or your person won't know that it's able to get to the bed, and it will straight up lie to you about someone not being in town. My person was trying to talk to the guy he was flirting with, and it said he wasn't able to because he was out of town despite being right there. These kinds of things are expected in early access but very unfortunate when it comes to playability and do matter.

this game is super cute! feels just like the sims 1 but has a cute vibe to it! can't wait for more updates in the future!!

Me gusta mucho, me recuerda mucho a Los sims 1, aunque tiene algunas características de los juegos posteriores también. Hay algunos errores con algunas traducciones y me gustaría que agregaran lo de poner paredes en diagonal, pero fuera de eso me encanta.

I love this game. If you liked the simplicity of the sims 1, the goofiness and charm of the sims 2, and the traits of the sims 3 mixed together with a beautiful pixel artstyle, a mix of classic and trendy build items, and a developer who listens, cares, and actively works on their game in good faith, YOU SHOULD PLAY THIS GAME. Any issues or questions you may have are answered within minutes on the community discord, which is a massive perk of this being a smaller game.

Gives classic The Sims 1 vibes. All for it!

Hundreds of games, and this will be maybe the 5th or 6th I've refunded. In 24 minutes it completely locked and froze up twice (had to restart computer both times). I guess I'll stick with Inzoi and Sims which work fine for me. I had this on my wishlist for a while, and grabbed it now, but it's just unplayable for me. In 24 minutes of play time I started a new game with the default settings and two worlds selected. I clicked an empty lot and started creating a character, and it almost immediately began to lag hard. It got to the point where I couldn't even close the game, and wasn't able to even bring up task manager so I just powered down. I was going to refund but figured I'd give it one more shot since I've wanted to play this for a bit. I started again, deleted the original save, started one with only the first listed world selected, created my character and entered build mode to place a wall. The immediate locking and freezing up happened before I could place a first wall. I don't think there's anything else to say really. I obviously don't recommend this game. It seems that others haven't had the same problem, just like I've never had that problem with a game before.

I have only played a few hours so far, but I really wanted to leave a review because I think this game has a ton of potential. I've been struggling to find a life sim game that scratches the Sims itch, and this is definitely the closest one I've found. Still waiting to see whether it manages to keep me hooked long term, as well as what futures updates will bring, but I am very enthusiastic about it for sure!

Incredible deep game. Developer is really involved and the game is their "Labour of Love".
