Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Gourdlets is a sweet little game to build relaxing spots for your little inhabitants. Do I like it? I'd say 50/50, but more leaning towards negative when it comes to the unlocking part of the items. For a while, I built and decorated, called in new villagers, and collected new decorations. The unlocking part of new items is linked to your little new friend's ability to gather experience through interacting with items you placed. In the beginning, I didn't pay attention to it and just built and had fun watching them stroll around in their own space. Now that I am fully satisfied with what I have built, I just wanted to collect the remaining furniture and the last achievement. Well, the game thinks it needs to take a looong time just to get there. I sit here with at least five remaining furniture items, and they barely collect any XP even though I got over 30 and have now locked them into a spot with just activities and a small space to walk. Fun for people who want to decorate a bit and watch it play out, but not for people who like to unlock everything without it taking unnecessary hours.

The style is very cute but there really aren't that many decorations, or even color options... I played less than an hour and already felt pretty limited by what I could do, even as someone who usually enjoys decoration games. This combined with lack of any direction led me to just refund the game. I feel like it needs at least one or the other (a lot of decorations or some sort of direction).
NOT WORTH IT!!! All you can do it decorate but with the same small selection of items. Over and over. Its just about when you want to stop. There is nothing else to this game. It need some kind of update to get more items or give a little challenge to do something or get more space from the little bit they give us.
the dev gave up after 1 update, clear cash grab and abandon ship
Recommended for cozy game fans who enjoy decorating and making cute little scenes. The art style is adorable and relaxing, but there's not much gameplay beyond decorating, so I got bored after a few hours. Great if you're looking for a short, chill experience, but don't expect a lot of content.
I like the aesthetic, but I would not call it a game. Just a virtual pet, maybe even not that, because there are no interactions. If I wanna see it as a sandbox game still lacks items. It's relaxing in the beginning, but then it gets boring in a couple of hours. Cute dynamic wallpaper but not a game :(
Such an adorable little game. Super cozy and chill if you're looking for something to turn your brain off to and relax at the end of a long day. The soundtrack and the gourdlets are so cute. The only thing is that I think it lacks variety; there's not much you can choose from to build your town, and once you've unlocked everything, it can get boring quite fast. A bigger selection of items would definitely be nice. Anyways. Overall, I think CAD $4 was worth it for a couple of hours of fun. (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)
It got very boring very quickly. The types of items are really limited. What are the animals inside the eggs for? There are plenty of cozy games I can get lost in for hours, this is not one of them. I can usually play 10-15 minutes ta a time to mess around and then I'm not sure what to do.
Right game for someone, but I don't think its for me. I love pixel games and decorating games in general - this one just feels like we are 2 years from the release date and I've played it for less than an hour and get the gist. Very few exterior and interior decorations compared to something like town to city which was immersive and expansive for 40+ hours for me...but the real pro is that this is a pure sandbox where you can enter every single building and decorate however you want, so if that appeals to you and you have internal storytelling or decompression in mind then this game is ideal!
I really like this game! Gourdlets is primarily about landscaping, without the management aspects that typically come with these sorts of games. I think the concept of that is really awesome and I think the developer executed it really well. There is a mechanism of unlocking new items so it is more than just a published level builder, but it's really chill and you already have 98% of items when you start a new file anyways. The aesthetic is very cute, and the gourdlets are ADORABLE. I won't name anyone specifically of course, but I did see a lot of negative reviews pointing out that there's no real aim or anything to really do within the game. Don't want to be obnoxious, but I would say that's the point. The fun is in just building whatever you want and the effort is found in executing the vision you had. If you do need some 'goal' beyond that, then perhaps you won't enjoy it. There are some other aspects of the game that I think does receive more valid criticism. You can only operate objects in four orientations and there is no 360 degree rotation, which does limit you. There also isn't TOO many objects outside of a particular cute pastel aesthetic. The most limited part for me was I would say were the building types. However, I think for the price (5 bucks, I got it for 3 on sale!) it has plenty of content and was worthwhile to play. I was able to make a whole town with shops, a boardwalk, a forest, etc. and I'm STILL working on it. I did see that the developer is currently working on a multiplayer edition of Gourdlets so I'm curious to see if that'll also have more items to build with and what they'll do to expand on their ideas. I do still think this is worth purchasing though! I wish them all the best :)
