Данный проект по праву считается наследником [url=store.steampowered.com/app/1996630/Dungeon_Keeper_Gold/]Dungeon Keeper’а[/url], а также ярчайшим представителем [b]«обратной» RPG[/b], элементы которой получили развитие в прославленной серии [url=store.steampowered.com/app/61500/Age_of_Wonders/]Age of Wonders[/url]. Главное достоинство игры – [b]метод погружения[/b]. Благодаря системе [i]незримого монарха[/i] и [i]непрямого микроконтроля[/i], возникает ощущение, будто герои королевства – не бездушные марионетки, а живые люди со своими [i]характерами[/i], [i]надеждами[/i] и [i]амбициями[/i]. Изометрическая эстетика и хорошо продуманная экономика только улучшают восприятие, подчеркивая обстоятельную [i]проработанность мира[/i]. Даже ‘минималистичный' OST почему-то напоминает мне о ночных посиделках за [url=store.steampowered.com/app/1146370/Master_of_Magic_Classic/]Master of Magic[/url]. Finished the full campaign in 29 hours (time on steam is wrong because I played Majesty Gold HD but this game tracks time from the original game.) This 25 year old indie RTS has definitely aged alright. Very fun. On Linux at 1440p+ I would recommend this setting (replace 1440 with your monitor resolution) so that ui elements are not tiny: gamescope -h 1080 -H 1440 -F fsr -f -- %command%

One of the best games ever made.

It's ok, but not great. It's fun to not be able to control every single thing and let the people go around and things as they see fit. The years have not been kind on this game. Hopefully we will see a remaster or remake in the future.

Very unique and well done RTS/auto-battler. They have never made a true successor to this and it is better than the sequel and the recent copy-cats.

I've been playing this game since I was about 9. I still love it over 20 years later.

crashes frequently, very unfortunate. If you're a real fan of this classic, then save often so you can get close to where you were when it crashes.
