The Guild 3 is a fascinating trade and life simulation that takes place during the late Middle Ages. Step into the shoes of a citizen, acquire businesses and mansions, produce goods and trade them, start intrigues in politics and society, love, hate, bribe, fight and live through good and bad times!

Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 8 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Don't believe the boomer cope. Having played Guild 2 and Guild 3 back to back, I can say, this game is better. Guild 2 is also an okay game, but the quality of life improvements in this game make it so much better. Jank and bugs are not a feature. Both games get boring after like 20ish hours though, entertaining until that point.
Отличное продолжение второй части.

I'm a diehard city-builder, crafting, strategy fan myself... This isn't 100% satisfying that craving to build the city but it has everything else. I'm just a tad disappointed that sandbox mode doesn't allow you quick & easy codes to enter to increase funds etcetera or ability to create a world/fam that can be shared online (like sims games). I also wish it was a little bit more user friendly (figuring out what is what) but will have all that info in your head once youve been playing for a while. I had bought this because my late husband had bought me a Guild game in the early 2000s (picked it out himself and gift for no reason- I'm sold) so when I saw this one for under 7bucks, I had to snatch it up.
After Guild 2, shame on you guys.
-Overall Impression-
I bought The Guild 2 when you could still go to stores and they had shelves of software are games for PCs. Was a random buy. I fell in love. Its such a niche game really, not for everyone. I thought the franchise died but then found it on steam years later. Then was surprised when The Guild 3 was release. It did, however, lack some features upon release, features that had been present in The Guild 2. The following community, at that time, made a lot of stink about it. But the developers listened and a lot those features were added in with later updates. Additionally, the game was not abandoned as some reviews have said. It is complete and built as intended. Sure there is a little jank here and there, but once again it's a niche game. The franchise has always had a little jank, but there is nothing like it that I've ever played.
-Multiplayer-
One of the improvements from The Guild 2, believe it or not, is that the multiplayer is way more stable in The Guild 3 than before. I had several long and fruitful sessions with friends. It's my favorite way to play.
-Mods-
The Guild 2 community produced a lot of amazing mods that massively improved it's gameplay. With the final update of The Guild 3, they additionally gave the community the modding tools to be able to create what they will. It's possible to dial in the experience. This stretches from new custom maps to entire economic overhauls that redesign the strategy completely. I believe tho that the community is not as big as it use to be so there isn't as many mods as The Guilds 2 had available.
-Finally Thoughts-
It's an RTS strategy game with a Sims* touch. Super chill, lots of replayability, medieval roleplay, just an overall great concept for a game, even if the devs didn't quite nail it, it's still a treat to have at all, an absolute gem. - 9/10 -
I originally played the Guild 2 but I really enjoyed playing the Guild 3 and I'm looking forward to the next game.
