The Guild 3 is a fascinating trade and life simulation that takes place during the late Middle Ages. Step into the shoes of a citizen, acquire businesses and mansions, produce goods and trade them, start intrigues in politics and society, love, hate, bribe, fight and live through good and bad times!
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 8 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

not easy to take in hand, and even after the ui and game-feel keep making it hard to like the game
So let me start by saying I’m new to this series of games. I had read reviews beforehand, and at first they made me question whether it would be worth it, especially since it has mixed reviews. But after buying the game for myself and my friends and playing three matches so far, I can honestly say I absolutely love it. This is one of the most fun games I’ve played in a while. Playing multiplayer with friends makes it 10x better—the feuds, the economy, the skill tree, the classes—pretty much everything about it. In our second game, things got wild. We were beating each other down while trying to find potential mates, which eventually led to a full-on blood feud. After my son and heir was beaten, I murdered their heir in retaliation. That escalated into the murder of my family’s patriarch, so I tracked down the other player’s heir and wiped out their entire dynasty. Once again, I’ll say this: I bought it on sale, but I’d gladly pay full price for it. I’m definitely looking forward to the next game.

buggy as hell
It is utterly broken. The loading screen is perpetual and it soft crashes.
It's not good. Just go and play The Guild 2.
Beaucoup de bugs, très mal optimisé, jeu pas fini et clairement moins avancé que son prédécessuer très fade, je ne le conseille pas.
This should be put on a deep, permanent sale now that the next one is being planned. It's practically abandoned in an awful development state, but is fun nonetheless. I remind others that the newest one is a completely different developer but the same publisher. THQ Nordic as a publisher has done wonders in the past such as Destroy All Humans Reprobed or Battle for Bikiini Botton Rehydrated, but also please keep in mind they made this game, and as a publisher, their word is law for their devs. That's not to say the new developers of 'the Guild - Europa 1410' aren't going to be amazing, or even that they are—just keep in mind that they should be given a chance.
