So far I like it alot very fun gameplay only thing I dont like is when the game crashes or when it doesn't wanna work

To start: ESO Has an amazing world, solid voice acting, and one of the most casual-friendly MMO combat setups I've played. The problem is that almost every system is built around friction: -Inventory management is absolutely miserable without ESO+. -The UI is so lacking that addons are essentially mandatory. I considered a minimap addon essential within my first week. -The game constantly buries information behind unintuitive awkward menus. I spent a solid 10 minutes trying to figure out how to leave a dungeon group. -Questing is often incoherent. Major characters can appear alive, dead, or meeting you for the "first time" depending on which storyline you happen to be playing. It is very jarring and breaks immersion. -Progression becomes increasingly about grinding currencies, collections, achievements and champion points (CP). Notice the absence of "gear" on that list. More on that later. -Endgame optimization effectively expects constant weapon/bar swapping to maintain buffs and access your full toolkit. -The "solution" is spending dozens of hours grinding Antiquities for Oakensoul, a ring that removes bar swapping by limiting you to a single six-button action bar. I'll be honest, I had choice words for ESO over both the swapping and the "fix". -Gear progression eventually becomes shockingly horizontal for the average MMO player used to continued vertical gear progression. Once you've assembled a competent endgame build, future upgrades often feel like minor percentage increases rather than exciting power spikes, and these are very few and far between. I reached 500+ CP, completed all 3 alliance storylines as well as several DLC stories, acquired Oakensoul, capped all tradeskills and have most of my tradeskill trait research done, fully geared my character in build appropriate legendary sets, and was soloing dungeons and world bosses without difficulty. Then I realized there wasn't much left except making numbers slightly bigger via CP grinding or collecting things for no apparent reason. If you love housing, achievements, collectibles, and grungy medieval fashion with a bunch of neon lighting tacked on, ESO can easily provide thousands of hours of content. I don't. After about 3 months, I felt like I'd seen everything the game actually wanted me to do. Instead of looking forward to logging in, I was working through a checklist of daily tasks and long grinds with very small rewards at the end. I cancelled ESO+ and have moved on. Great world. Good voice acting. Too much friction. A couple of broken systems that need love. Not enough meaningful long-term progression.

Zenimax refuses to combine accounts or allow character trabsferr. It's a good game but I doubt I'm going to invest hundreds more hours into it.

Holy F**** Get it off the website if you want too play it, so many issues through steam
