Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I am a psychopath and enjoy this game.. just not the steam version, play it on GOG if you want to actually play this game. Cause on steam this game is a nightmare with crashes. "Five gold pieces!" -Cyrus
Game is difficult to play and does not explain controls and what they actually do. You're gonna need to use the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages aka UESP to beat Redguard, and you're gonna need to get used to manual saving and using the quicksave button very frequently. Because this game crashes all. the. time. Entering or leaving a building and looting unique items are the biggest culprits. There's no quality mods to fix all of this games problems efficiently because this game is just (sadly) not very well known. It causes suffering to complete The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard. But, I got used to the gameplay and liked the story a lot so I won't negative review.

REDGUARD IS BROKEN. DO NOT BUY EXPECTING A WORKING PRODUCT TES: Redguard is very different from the rest of the series so far. It is a 3rd person action adventure game, with no RPG elements. The story is amazing and is the ONLY reason I kept playing. The gameplay is just awful. Movement is sluggish, and there is a slight amount of delay between input and Cyrus moving or jumping, which really matters with all the parkour sections. Combat is just spamming basic attacks. Technically, there are different types of attacks, but they're all the same, and blocking just gets you caught in a loop until you decide to take a hit. My biggest complaint is: a couple of hours into the game you end up making every guard on the island hostile. So the ENTIRE rest of the game is just running from them and they are EVERYWHERE. Cannot recommend this game mainly because it is broken. Aside from that, it just has a lot of flaws.

This game is really something special but from what ive heard its just better to play on gog, if you did already get it here however and youre as foolish as I am to try and brute force it, heres some tips for bugs I found in my mess of a playthrough with the steam version, Game crashing when pressing esc to save, usually occurs with having too many saves in your file. Go to Redguards game folder>Redguard>SAVEGAME. youll notice the saves are formatted 0xx (xx being whatever number of save youre on) copy the saves to another file if you need to use them later. then delete all of the original saves that you no longer need and keep whatever latest saves you need and rename them starting from 001 so the game can properly count them up again. Game stopping to load a location at 99 percent, starts to happen usually around midgame when reentering areas with a loading screen. To fix this issue youll need to go into your file of savegames and find the earliest save with a file of that location, find the tsg file of the necessary location, the naming systems are usually easy to understand relative to their locations but if you dont understand them consult the uesp wiki for the console at the bottom of the page. https://en.m.uesp.net/wiki/Redguard:Console, after you have it replace the tsg file in the save that is not loading the location with the tsg file from the older save and it should work. Though it did not happen to me, some people have reported areas they have never entered not loading which this solution cant solve. Out of memory screen when picking up items or loading, this is such a common crash that will happen seemingly randomly in your playthrough and the main reason I saved every second of this game. the best fix for it when you know a crash is coming, which in my cases were picking up the glass bottle outside the city as well as picking up the Talisman of Hunding along the city walls. The best way to solve this issue is to make a save just before the section that crashes, close the game and then go into the game folder>Redguard>Sound and find the dig.ini file, then temporarily rename it, open up the game and perform whatever action causes the out of memory screen. Afterwards, make another save and simply name the dig.ini file back to what it was originally s the sound effects will play again. Game falling through the floor in certain areas, I have no idea why this happens but when revisiting some areas that have a cutscene, the cutscene may replay and cause the floor below you to lose collission and kill you. This occurred to me when revisiting the catacombs, I would open the locked door and suddenly a cutscene of the three stone doors would play and after I would fall through the map and die. The best way to get around this is to simply use the magiccarpet command in console so when the cutscene plays you dont fall through the floor. After a bit the bug should fix itself and you can turn off the magicccarpet command without any issues. Isle of Ngasta first gate bug, another bug which I seemingly cannot find a reason for happening, When revisiting the Isle of Ngasta to rescue Iszara, the first gate on the Isle of Ngasta where you have to pry it open with a crowbar will not be able to be opened, as Cyrus is not given a popup to use the crowbar on the gate. I tried a lot to fix it this issue ingame like trying to simply jump over the gate with parkour but it seems as though for this quest specifically the gate is one of the necessary triggers for Ngasta to open the second gate to his tower. Since youve already been through this area your best bet is to simply load into Ngastas tower via the command load 7.0.0, be warned about the enemies when you load in though as they attack immediately. These are all the main issues I came across in my playthrough of this game, although getting around its bugs has been painstaking I still think this game is incredible and worth your time. Although I have not tried it I would recommend checking out the gog version as it reportedly has less issues. Special thanks to Maxandkon for listing the solutions to many of the same problems in his guide which helped me tons in my playthrough https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2818157123 "Dont be stupid, that bastard sweats heroism. It could be noone else."
The story is basically Algeria and France beef. Jk, the game story and lore elements are actually so interesting, if only Bethesda made an actual playable version of the game. I kept encountering issues, apparently the GOG version is better, but I don’t know, the game still has inherent issues. That’s too bad because I really like the characters and the story and the more pirate-like ambiance, it’s a very unique Elder Scrolls game.
Completed the game after 15 hours of gameplay. The gameplay was a bit too rough at times—I had difficulties with the platforming sections since there was a considerable delay with keyboard inputs. The story was quite interesting, considering it is a spinoff game and not a mainline title. If you plan on buying this game on Steam, there is a well-written guide by SavageCabbage05 for installing 3DFX Glide and upgrading DOSBox to make it run more smoothly, as well as making it less prone to crashing.
This game is bogged down by so many crashes, jank controls, bad combat, slowdowns, and memory issues that you generally can't play it without removing or renaming...get this: one of the game's sound files. If you really want to play this game, do yourself a favor: the GOG version of this game is INCOMPARABLY more stable due to the fact it uses glide acceleration and cd quality files. It won't fix the game's combat mechanics but it'll fix almost everything else.
This is simply put as "That one weird Elder Scrolls game" and that honestly fits, It has a voiced protagonist that in my opinion was much better than Nate/Nora from Fallout 4, Its the only Elder Scrolls game with no Character Creation and no first person view besides the obvious Elder Scrolls: Castles & Elder Scrolls: Legends, Despite that it oddly works? I heavily enjoyed my time in Stros M'Kai, Its great for those who enjoy the lore, I found the combat to be kind of like Star Wars: Jedi Academy with much less polish, The directional attacks and such were fun and did add a bit more to combat then i was expecting. This honestly makes me wish Bethesda ventured outside the RPG spectrum all together, All in all Redguard makes me wish for other Elder Scrolls projects of any genre and type.
5 gold pieces out of my steam wallet
