S tier idea for a game, that is only held back by not having more content fleshed out. perfect framework that needs more events and things to do in specific areas.
needs aloooooooot of content but knowing its already "Finished" is something to be surprised about, its a year in game of slow paced living talking to the same random characters day by day with the same dialogue over and over the map is small you cant interact with anyone OTHER than the characters that were generated despite having actual characters with lore and a whole wiki page on, this game could of been so much more and given a wider purpose instead of a game you play for an ingame week meet everyone and just stop playing because is the full year of doing nothing really worth it? its a good game all things considered but man i wish more content would be added

i love this game holyyyyyy
I've been keeping up with development of this game since earlier builds when I was in elementary school, I'm currently 19 and it's one of my favorite games ever. Seeing it grow and improve so much over the years is genuinely so inspiring. It was my favorite form of escapism when I was in middle and high school since that was a very difficult time mentally for me. I really don't have the words to explain how much this game has helped me as corny as it might sound. It makes me sad that not many people know about this, I loved reading peoples theories on it and coming up with my own. I've made one single piece of fanart and I plan on making more once I get the motivation. PLEASE PLAY THIS GAME ITS SO FUN
I remember playing this game when i was younger. No idea how i found it again but i'm glad. all the updates are pretty cool too since then. the price isn't bad for nostalgia. keep the updates coming!
A very fun and interesting game concept, I have been following the development since It was still called Koukou Gurashi and finally got around to buying it on steam. It's unfortunate that there will no longer be any updates, as I feel like many features could be expanded upon and added to give it more depth and a more polished feeling. The game does have an unfinished vibe to it, and there are several glitches I've noticed while playing (characters spawning outside the players house every time I leave the building, characters getting stuck in a spot for an entire school day, reputation going down even when the NPC is agreeing, certain text not working as intended). I really do love this game and have always loved social simulators, and wish there was more content to explore. I would've loved to see different relationship dynamics, more spots to hang out with friends (like a cafe, parks, more shops, etc.), even a cellphone feature to locate and be invited over by npcs. Its definitely wishful thinking, but I do hope Yamitoast picks up this game again one day, as there arent very many games like this on the market.
loved this game since i was a kid i started playing at 11 i'm 18 ow i still love this game play it once a week supper good game and have good chalinges in game and has unlimated content
TLDR: Very fun game. I've been following this game's development since about 2018, playing the many beta builds. I originally found it thanks to some youtubers I was watching at the time, which sold me on the game. There are a ton of different options in the game which makes this very LGBTQ+ friendly, including polyamory and a fully customizable gender system. There is, of course, a ton of Japanese media terms such as yandere and futanari as the game takes place in Japan. The dialogue is pretty funny, since everything revolves around weeb culture. It's a little hard to do, as you need to edit files outside of the game, but you could make an entire save file filled with degenerate weebs. I, personally, am not a fan of how the social system works so I tend to just hit the auto mode key and let the game talk for me. Sadly, with there being no more updates for this game, it does feel unfinished with some bugs still not being resolved as well as there not being many features explained properly. There isn't any outside sources that have an updated guide either, everything being from the game's full release or earlier, so trying to figure out how things work in the game is pretty hard. (I might take my time to make some steam guides for the game.) If YamiToast ever comes back to work on this game more, I'd be ecstatic. It's a wonderful game that has a bright future. Graphics: 3/10 (Not my cup of tea, but cute.) UI design: 5/10 (It does its job.) Bugs: 7/10 (There are a few but they don't impede too much.) Tutorial: 3.5/10 (Old, not updated for release. It doesn't explain everything you can do in the full release.) Dialogue: 8.5/10 (Super funny, I love being called out.) Gameplay loop: 8/10 (Simple, easy to control your character.) Score: 5.8/10 (There's room for improvement <3)
Barebones but the NPCs are invariably unhinged autists so still pretty fun
cool game with no AI-fueled npcs (did come out before all of it anyways) love the night-time aspect and how creepy it is to go to school past midnight, never encountered anything though. Great game, and i love it the most for it's social aspect!
