Merta quest 3 using virtual desktop this game was clunky. Poor weapon handling and the enemies were not challenging at all. The same thing over n over. I opted to get a refund after 1 hour of this one. Sorry I did not like it.
I have played the whole game and I can assure you that it is a lot of fun. It has a gameplay of quite a few hours. The truth is that in the near future I will play it on hard level. Level 1 is like an initiation but on level 2 it gets more complicated. And level 3 is ohhhhh. The fight against the dragon is just wonderful. In the maze you feel the tension. The music changes and the traps make you be in tension all the time. It's very well done. I really like the fights against the spell guardians. You don't just hit them with swords, they're a puzzle and they're great. The rune system for the spells is very good. Careful not to spend them and encourages you to go looking for more runes in the game to be more powerful and be able to use more spells. The graphics are good and the music is great. For this price, it is a very good game.
I'm not a PCVR player, I usually play more StandAlone but this game caught my attention and I bought it. I've only played it for a few hours but I'm already hooked. The environments are very good. I love the lighting. I also like the music. The story they tell at the beginning is awesome, I missed games with a story and not just ripping heads off! The combat is ok, good blocks that measure the strength of the blow to be able to counterattack, but without any physics or anything special. The combat is nothing special and would be the weakest point of the game, without being bad. A good adventure game, it's fun
It's a pretty well worked adventure and I'm having a lot of fun with it, specially with puzzles. Here's what i think: ·The good: -The graphics are good. They make you feel that the darkness really overwhelms you. -The music is good too. It's very atmospheric. -The lighting is excellent. -I really like the runes system for using spells. You cant be crazy spamming wasting them. -I love the puzzles. They force you to be very aware of the environment. ·Improvements i think could fit: -Although its pretty clear It's not a combat focused game, things like physics could have been cool on it. Anyway, it gets better and more interesting as you advance. -The difficulty of the first level. I find it too easy. In the second level, when you fight for the ice spell, it gets harder.
A fantastic game made by a solo developer , Graphics , Audio , Art style , Shadowing are all on point in this first person fantasy game Check out my video review here ... https://youtu.be/1f36Y2KDvyI?si=dHDJelOoX-mZKs3M HEY ITS MARTIN ... Martin76x
Well, with all due respect, I don't agree with some of the things you say. I think the textures are excellent. In the dungeon for example, both the floor and the walls seem to me to have a great resolution. And in the second level, which is outside, it's also very good. The enemies in level 1 really aren't very sharp and the fights can be improved, but the blocking works well. In addition, it is not enough to put the sword in front because the enemies hit from various angles and at different speeds. In level 2 it's different with the rats and the eyes that shoot. One of the things that caught my attention in the dungeon was the lighting of the torches. Not only do they illuminate the weapons and hands, but also the sound is accentuated and attenuated as you pass by them. And there are hundreds of torches, I think it is very well achieved. We agree that it's not a top 10 game obviously, but it has other very good things like the intro. It has a great story. The music is great, I don't know how many dinstinct songs there are in each level but there are many. The lighting is very good and the puzzles look interesting. For example, to kill the ice golem (I don't know if you got to that part) you don't just hit it, you have to do specific things. And after the golem a very interesting area opens up with several paths available and another interesting puzzle. I'm at this point right now, so I can't give my opinion on the rest. For me it's a 7/10 because the fights aren't the panacea, but the rest I really, really like.
Cannot recommend this game in it's current state. This game essentially paces and plays like the mid-tier VR games from way back in 2016
This is a good game, but it is not for me because it has too much combat especialy after defeating the ice golem. I expected more adventure and puzzle solving. It is well made and the developer is very responsive , helpful and kind. However, the combat is the weakest part of the game and for me the difficult level even on medium is too high so I quit after the ice golem. I am sure it has a lot more to offer, but im just not motivated to start all over again on an easier difficult level. The grafics are decent and the sound is okay. The music is very good and the story interesting enough. The developer deserves credit for making a story driven game and not just another brainless rogue like .
