as soon as you get the dragon the game ends ;_;
It's a nice idea, but in it's current state it's not worth the money. Your character slides left and right instead of side-stepping. Sword animation is basic, which also covers pretty much all the characters you meet. The only real saving grace is the building detail.
This game is super wholesome to play. I beat it really quickly but got an introduction into what dark souls probably feels from all the dodging I had to do to not get obliterated haha. And not to mention the acoustic guitar track when traveling around is sooo nice. Wish you could free roam afterward and maybe replay bases for time but maybe that will be implemented when the next parts come out.

A neat first attempt, and competently put together. Voice acting added to the experience, and it'd be neat to see what more the dev can learn and put into the next part. Be careful with the Dragon though, since it does have a health bar and (as of 3/29/24) if you get off it, you might not be able to get back on again.
It's not the best of games, it's not the worst of games. It's a personal game.
Yoko Taro has done it again with the fourth installment of his esteemed Drakengard series.
A surprisingly fun game to speedrun. Really quite a charming game.
i personally...enjoyed this game for all of its upbringings and falts. this fable was definitly one for the books. i will definetly show this story to my children...even my great grandchildren and their children. who knows...maybe this story will end up on...MARS!!! this story is a little bit open to interpritaten, i truly believe it blurrs the lines between fantasy and real-life i hope my humble purchase will fund future story adventure games!!!

A great passion project. Love the aesthetics, and look forward to seeing more from the dev. Would love to do more with the dragon if the game ever gets an expansion.
