Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 12.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 15.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A lot of fun and way better than it was the first time around in 2023. Doesn't deserve the massive amount of hate it gets.
I cannot recommend this game. It is too painful to play, despite accomplished graphics, sound, level design and transitions, the inventory gameplay mechanics are unfathomably bad and let the entire production down. They do not belong in the same game. My criticism is aimed at the UI for and rules governing inventory mechanics. I got this game when it first came out and could not finish a playthrough because the inventory issues were so obstructive and did not mesh with the enabling aesthetic of fast travel. They grate and grind like broken gears. I tried again recently and it is still not fixed, has not changed even a little. The producers clearly don't give a monkey's. For example when landing a ship full of items, which the gameplay requires you to collect, at New Atlantis there is no "mechanised" transport system to move items from the ship at the Starport to The Lodge repository. You cannot fast travel from a ship or in a vehicle when overburdened either. Instead you have to pack mule items from a ship cargo hold three times the player inventory size and mess about trying to avoid becoming overburdened lest it prevent fast travel across the New Atlantis map. To do this you have to empty the avatar inventory, so when you are done you then have to set up mission equipment all over again... every ... time. The inventory mechanics annoy players so much well intentioned modders have tried to fix them but the viable fixes are of display and do not address the fundamentally broken mechanics and those which try to can invalidate accomplishments. These mechanics are not fun, add nothing, are extremely tedious and make the whole thing smell like burning plastic. I am synaesthetic and when I play a shonky game I can smell it and this stinks. It is a bad grindy S&M design mistaking asceticism for valuable game experience. It is not adding value, it is contrary to the dynamic of fast travel, is ruining the game and has been since launch. Devs have had long enough to fix it and haven't despite multiple DLCs and knowing very well how unwelcome it is among players. This is why I cannot recommend the game, it does not deserve it. It is not worth playing, as it is more about aggravation than gratification. Bethesda designers have their wires crossed. Stay away from this dumpster fire.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 20: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This has to be the least self-explanatory game I've ever played. I'm 33 years old and haven't been stuck on a first mission since I was 10. They made the menu and UI absolutely atrocious and everything about navigation is a stick in the anus. I don't recommend it; just play Oblivion Remastered if you want Bethesda with new graphics.
Bethesda trash
It's pretty fun. Not like other Bethesda games, but still pretty fun.
absolute dog pile of a game, wont even run, just stutters and crashes on main menu. I've tried everything to fix it, im playing with Zero mods, i have reinstalled windows, i have cleared cashes, verified files, uninstalled reinstalled the game, ive checked and verified system files, ive done everything else i can think of and this game simply just wont run. Very cool.
really tried to like this game when I first got it but never really enjoyed playing it. recently figured I'd give it another try but in the two hours I just played it I remember all the reasons I didnt like it before. loading screen after loading screen, boring areas, poor looting, boring hud, unremovable healthbars on enemey, everythings a bullet sponge and horrible space combat. I loved the fallout games and enjoyed skyrim but as for starfield... bassically any other space game is better. very disapointing.
It was actually the first Bethesda game I have played and I love the fact I can play without joining any faction is awesome. I love the fact I can just drop off the artifact and walk out the door and explore the planets :D
