Not optomized for pc like at all they didnt go as far as to give reasonable default keybinds for pc and the music sucks.
i wasn't playing for a while, but spontaneously, a few months later, i clocked 26 hours in the span of 3-4 days and progressed nowhere This game is a Sisyphean labor.
I've loved Spelunky HD when it released on Xbox 360/Xbox Live Arcade. It's a brutal, fast paced platforming arcade/score attack action with a mostly fair difficulty (there are times where off screen projectiles can completely end your run). And it's sequel is more of the same but cranked up in enemy variety and stage hazards. Strangely, at least in my experience, the rng can vary widely with some very generous/mild runs or the absolute trenches of hell with resources and enemy count/placement, but that's just goes for randomly generated stages in general. Frankly it just happens. Co-op is fun with friends too (can be frustrating with friendly fire, but honestly I think it should be taken as light fun than anything serious). Overall, I still prefer Spelunky HD, which could just be the familiarity/nostalgia talking (and liking the soundtrack more); however, Spelunky 2 is still a great sequel to the series.

It gets boring after a hour.
I think this truly a great rouge like but is quite an evil game that find the most insane ways to annoy you. but overall a very good game. 10/10.
죽기 전 반드시 해야하는 게임
One of the best roguelikes ever made. Objective (subjective) improvement over the other Spelunky games. Incredible punishing and incredible slick controls, the game somehow demands a higher skill and competence than even the developers could expect. Magically, this procedurally generated platformer creates more mechanical complexity than if each room was meticulously planned out.
Amazing game, ten out of ten, could use more monty's tho.
i ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate this game
