Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Aug 7 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

An amazing little gem of a game! Your school starts off small and challenging, however as you get better and produce good students, these students go on to give you more bonuses to help with future scenarios in the campaign to help you get better and deal with the harder challenges later on. A great time sink which I loved sculpting my school to create different kinds of necromancers and druids. Do avoid this pitfall I fell into: Don't go heavy into customisation with a school of magic at the expense of other schools! You need a broad range of magics in your school to be the best and to take on the challenges. I focused far too much on shadow magic in the beginning not realising that I needed more than just a school of dark wizards Would have liked the "wizard houses" to be a bit less RNG based as sometimes when I had planned my foundations of the school, the wizard houses (ie the group of learning you can assign your students to) didn't suit my classrooms and stunted my learning. The flip side was true when I selected the wizard houses first, the cards which were given to me didn't always suit my houses. You also have the chance to send a group of students into a dungeon for some fantastic rewards which were always extremely fun and rewarding. One of the best part of the game! However as they're so lucrative you can count yourself lucky if you get 1 per campaign level. All in all an amazing game, albeit a little too reliance on card RNG which could stunt the early start of the game.

This is one of my go-to games to chill out with. You earn cards which let you place new rooms in your school, decorate those rooms with artifacts and trinkets, and buff your students and teachers. As students graduate from your school you are told what their future profession is based on how well you educated them, and you are given rewards based on how impressive they are. It's important to mention the game is a roguelike - after a certain amount of time the armies of the evil lord attack and you have to flee and create a new academy somewhere else with some new buffs and curses. [+] The game is made with lots of love - watching your students run around using facilities is fun. As you place items you can see them hanging on the walls, or pets wandering around the halls. Upgrading a classroom also upgrades how it looks visually. [+] Tonnes of room types, trinkets and artifacts, random events, mini-games like dungeons, alchemy and other factions to improve relations with. Lots of the dialogue is genuinely funny as well. [+] There's no real way to lose the game, but it's genuinely quite challenging to graduate top-level students. [~] It can be a little slow so I when I set up a game I select the Longest game option and play it solely in 3x speed. This ensures events happen quickly and there's not much waiting. [-] There really needs to be some way of moving or deleting rooms you've placed, even if it's just a rare event/card. It's frustrating to make a design mistake or even a misclick and having zero ways of remedying it. [-] It can take ages to find a particular card you need [-] I have no idea why you can build rooms in some places but not others [-] The dungeons are really interesting but also half-baked. Students might know many spells but can only select one and then it can't be changed for the whole dungeon. You might enter a fight with an incredibly powerful enemy you have no way of beating and there's no way to flee.
