Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Jul 30 → 1.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Step into the role of Headmaster and build your wizarding academy from the ground up. Design every room, recruit students from across the world, send professors on expeditions, and manage everything from mana reserves to staff ultimatums, all while the Directorium keeps a close eye on your results.

Stack new floors, place classrooms and corridors, decorate your halls and choose what is taught where. Zoom out and watch your academy take shape: towers, courtyards, lecture halls and secret passages. No two academies look alike, and every layout changes how your school performs.

Recruit students from across the world and watch them grow over time. They come back to study, evolve with each decision you make, and accumulate traits that define who they become. With over 100 unique traits to assign and more than 50 Destinies to unlock, every student follows a different path through your academy.
Watch out for the pranks. Students want to enjoy academy life. The Directorium wants results. Keeping everyone satisfied while answering to their demands is the real challenge, a double pressure that never lets up.

Your students do not just pass through. They come back. You watch them progress from their first lesson to their final exam, make decisions that shape their path, and see the consequences play out over time.
The best graduates stay on as teachers, training the next generation. The faculty you build becomes the backbone of your academy, and the school you shape today produces the wizards of tomorrow.

Gather glyphite, shards and golem cores, earn learning points, and spend them across a comprehensive tech tree with hundreds of upgrades to discover. Every technology you unlock changes how your academy runs: new room types, more efficient staff, deeper student progression.
Meanwhile you answer to the Directorium's emissary, manage your staff's demands, and compete with rival academies for influence in the villages around you. Prioritise the wrong thing and the whole school starts to crack.
Key features:
Build floor by floor: stack floors, design every room, and make an academy that is truly yours
Shape every student: guide apprentices from first year to graduation, then keep the best as teachers
Survive mana crises: droughts, blackouts and worse will test your school’s resilience
Expand your influence: send professors to distant villages and compete with rival academies
Manage a living staff: ultimatums, promises, resignations. Your people have demands
Deal with the Directorium: its emissary travels to your school, inspects it and collects taxes

Let me make this clear, I absolutely love the game and do enjoy playing it. However, at this early access stage, it is WAY too filled with bugs and lags. Things like frozen teachers, in-game buttons not working, rooms ceasing to function for no reason, the FPS dropping increasingly when you try to build... I do believe it will become a great playable game in the future as the devs work to fix the bugs but for now, I recommend waiting to play it.
The demo was better than the actual game — and that’s the biggest red flag here. Whatever build they used for the demo clearly wasn’t the one they released, because the early access version is a technical disaster. NPCs constantly refuse to perform basic tasks, which breaks the entire gameplay loop. The game crashes so often it feels like a feature. Saves fail randomly, meaning hours of progress can vanish without warning. And the worst part? Closing the game doesn’t even close the game. It just hangs in the background and forces me to restart my entire PC every single time. I play a lot of niche, janky, experimental titles. I’m patient. I’m forgiving. I’ve even made small games myself, so I understand how messy development can be. But this isn’t “early access rough.” This is fundamental systems not working at all. It genuinely feels like the team didn’t test the build before pushing it live. Right now, the game is beyond playable. The demo showed potential, but the current release shows a team that isn’t even trying to meet the bare minimum of functionality.

The premise is interesting. Came here expecting a variation to Let's School, and it delivers... but, and maybe it's me, everything goes downhill once Trials begin... One thing I seriously don't understand is the economy. The game rushes you to make trials to "level up" your novices, but then they leave and you lose your main income. Worst is you can't even decide who or how many students are going to get the trial, all the candidates goes and once they finished, probably your income is ruined. It doesn't help that teachers salaries are way too expensive and new recruits come too slowly. So... for now I have 4 schools and all went bankrupt by simply following the tutorial requests... I mean... Seriously? I was tempted to refund it, but hoping for an economy rebalance. For now though, not recommended...
Can't recommend it. Very buggy. Gameplay lacks an engaging loop. There's just nothing here at the moment, not even potential, without serious overhauls.
It's one of the most bugged games i've ever played. Indeed it's unplayable for a very large number of issues that were't solved in months of "developping". Indeed it's seriously incomplete, there's neither the function to speed up the payment of taxes, so the unfortunate player must spend minutes putting coins one by one (!).
I cant relate to the technical issues people are mentioning. My main problem is more with the progression for Early game feels good: you unlock things at a nice pace and it is well explained and balance and all!, but once you hit mid game it kind of slows down and becomes a bit repetitive. I feel like theres a balancing issue there. That said, I like the core idea a lot. Building your academy freely is really satisfying and ther is already a decent amount of content. I am not fully sold yet but Im interested enough to keep an eye on updates.
I didt play a huge amount yet, but I really like the atmosphere. Watchin your academy grow and seeing all the little characters walking around is honestly pretty relaxin. They even went mad during drought. The art style is simple and works fine + the idea of having different bonuses per student, it gives purpose. I did run into a couple of small bugs but nothing that stopped me from playing. For now I’m mostly enjoying it as a chill management game rather than something super deep.
Fun game and right up your alley if you like stuff like Mind Over Magic, Spellcaster University, and the management genre in general. The thing is, at this point it's still in Early Access and active development, so be prepared to encounter bugs along the way. That said, the team is super nice and very quick to try and fix any issues you may encounter, so I highly recommend checking their Discord if you're having any problems. Overall, if you're looking for a fully polished, "ready-to-play" experience, this just isn't it at this point, but it's very much steadily getting there. The game has lots of potential to become a really fun entry in this "magical school management" niche that I personally just love. So give it a chance or check back in at a later date.
Early game still but a fun game to play. I can't wait to see where the game is going. The devs are very helpful, willing to listen, and work on any issues that there might be. I definitely think it is playable at this stage and worth checking out.
