Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 6.14/day in the week to Aug 14 → 6.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

oh mamma quanto mi ha annoiato, non sono per nulla pronto per tornare a questo tipo di videogiochi con un gameplay vecchio quanto l'arca di Noè.
Jogo otimo em minha opinião um dos melhores.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 23: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Sonic Frontiers completely surprised me. The soundtrack is absolutely phenomenal and easily one of the game's biggest strengths. The gameplay is incredibly fun, and Sega did an amazing job blending the best elements from different eras of Sonic into one cohesive experience. The transitions between 2D and 3D gameplay can feel a little awkward at times, but when it all comes together, it works beautifully. The graphics are solid, the sense of speed is exhilarating, and the open-world design gives the series a refreshing new direction. For the price, this game was absolutely worth every penny. If you're a Sonic fan, this is an easy recommendation and if you are not you're about to become one.

I guess it is a masterpiece to someone who loves sonic games, but I think this game is could have had more action, honest rating 7.5/10.
Honestly, I did not know whether to thumbs up or thumbs down the game. On one hand this is one of the better Sonic games I have played. the level designs are fairly good, sense of speed is good, bosses are really cool, music is really good in the bosses and half the stages. I do have several problems however. 1. the overworld idea is cool but it's execution is bad. Random tracks and obstacle courses that randomly appear. Trying to get from point A to B in the overworld is a nightmare. you barely tap a spring or a boost pad and you are way off course and your camera locks to prevent you from going where you want to go. having to collect all the character emblems is either tedious if you try to do it legit or just cylooping over and over, or is too easy if you just fish a lot. having to do the introduction of boss enemies every single time you go anywhere near them is annoying, and the little puzzle diversions are really painfully easy, it's just again, tedious. being able to infinitely regenerate rings makes boss fights in the overworld not have any tension whatsoever. it all pretty much comes together to make for an annoying experience instead of a cool bit of exploration every time you are on any of the hub worlds. 2. the difficult on the stages can be anywhere from too easy with way more time than you need, to needing to be absolutely perfect to get S ranks. one of which is like the second stage you find. and this takes me into my third problem. 3. Sonic jank is still very much a thing. Controls definitely need getting used to but boosting in directions way off from where you wanted to go is a common occurrence, as well as being thrown in a different direction due to sonic clipping the collision weird. Falling through things, not being able to homing attack enemies when you should, bad camera etc. It's the kinds of things that are especially noticeable when you are trying to get the previously mentioned harder S ranks. 4. fishing breaks the game. Don't like finding the character medals or playing stages? just don't and go fishing instead! Once you find the fishing portals it's game over. you basically just win. Big has every collectable you need in the game and will freely give them to you for just sitting by him for a while playing a simple minigame. it may be okay if they gave the pond coins to you way more sparingly, but not only do they respawn, but you get a slot machine night every couple nights in the overworld that can give you hundreds of them. and it just gets easier to get everything you need the further you are in the game. going up to 4 times the return on the fish you catch, allowing you to go up to max levels in everything, get all the gate emerald keys and buddy tokens, without leaving the pond. 5. the DLC is bad. I signed up to play "Sonic" not "Only Up" what the F is this? and don't even get me started on the stages and challenges. fighting a boss rush with no upgrades and no regaining rings is absolutely brutal and every stage is it's own brand of janky and annoying to play. All of Sonic's friends are way to easy to break. Tails with his plane and Amy and knuckles with their glide. You almost never have to beat any of their little obstacles the intended way. Also side note. Who in Solaris's green hill zone was it that had the idea to make "Knuckles!!!" have to unlock punching!? Then the ending was also worse than the original with the events making way less sense and not one but two meaningful sacrifices being removed. The boss jumps back into the thing it's been trapped in this whole time just to give sonic an extra boss fight where it's a puzzle how to even defeat it. All so we could have a "Happy" ending that was way worse written and felt really cheap. Making a new Sonic form that you use once and will never use it again in the series just for some cheap hype maxing was not really my cup of tea either. The Touhou stage at the end of the original ending was weird and unexpected but it was fairly challenging and the music and dialogue added to the overall weight of the fight, which ended with a peak to Sage's character arc and added to Eggman's character as well. Overall one of the better Sonic games, but it's still a "Sonic game". Did I have fun? yes. Was it frustrating as heck in a lot of areas? absolutely. if you like Sonic you will like this game, but don't expect anything too wild or revolutionary. other than the boss fights... those are still badass.
