Genuinely one of the best games I've ever played, wasn't bored for a second. The story, the puzzles and even the combat were all enjoyable. Aside from that, there are so many other things that make this game stand out. I really liked the accessibility options, as I have a hard time seeing things in dark games and I get headaches easily if I turn my screen brighter to see them. One thing I loved about the gameplay itself is how James draws notes on the map so you have an easier time remembering where the rooms for the puzzles are and which rooms you've already been in. I've really grown to love the main character, I feel like even though he doesn't have many lines you can really feel his personality come through in the little things. The voice acting is so good that you can really hear when James is tired or when he's scared. I don't think I've ever played a game with voice acting this good in general. Both Angela and Mary's VA's did outstanding as well. I actually bought Silent Hill F on release because I thought it would be similar to my favourite game, fatal frame 5, but was very disappointed (see my review) and so had this game on my wishlist for a long time until I finally gave in and bought it when on sale and I'm so glad I did because I can't remember the last time I've had this much fun playing a game. For those who also played Silent Hill F and are considering trying this game: it is so much better. You're not constantly running out of inventory, your weapons don't break, the combat is pretty fast, there's actual exploration and the story isn't locked behind multiple seperate playthroughs. Need I say more? TLDR: great remake of an already great game. Low-key fell in love with James.

Definitivamente, cine 🚬.
I miss my Mary.
W NAVOZ!!!!
The Silent Hill 2 Remake. What is it? I'm a big fan of the Resident Evil games, for example, but what I've experienced in Silent Hill 2 can't be compared to them at all. Silent Hill 2 is one of the best horror games humanity has ever made. It has some of the best atmosphere, environmental design, and ambient sound I've ever experienced in a video game. We could talk about this game all day. It's absolutely worth playing!
Good.
