James heads to where they shared so many memories,
in the hope of seeing her one more time: Silent Hill.
There, by the lake, he finds a woman eerily similar to her...
"My name… is Maria," the woman smiles. Her face, her voice... She's just like her.

the best part about silent hill is the way the game make me specifically scare the ♥♥♥♥ out of me and still enjoy it ( and if you wanna play the remake have a good pc because, you dont want to reedo a part youve did because the game crash...)
Bueno
I love this game
amazing story game and plot twists, the way james is characterized and written is truly some of the best ive seen in games the way his guilt is made into these creatures and how pyramid head chases him until he reaches the correct spot and is the symbol of the "punishment/punisher" james thinks he deserves was also great, loved eddie and angela and how theyre trauma led them into madness and the way of no return, i also loved how james tries to make himself seem like a complete monster which for his actions he def was wrong and is a monster but at the same time i dont think what he chose to do to marry was something out of malice and hatred alone, while yes in his talk with mary when he said "the truth is, i hated you." yes he does hate mary but at the same time i think he disguises the fact that he hated the disease and what it did to her and he tries to make himself in his head that hes just a monster who always hated her and that he cant accept that he also hated the disease while also hating her, and he couldnt accept the fact that he couldnt support and be with her when she was sick and thats why he opted to killing her, he didnt wanna accept the fact that his character and self were so weak that he abandonded and stopped visiting her, that he resorted to killing her while making it in his head the fact that he hated her and was sparing her pain instead of admitting it was a weakness within him not being able to handle her sickness and support her. and thats why mary said "then why do you look so sad?" when he said that he hated her, because yes he did hate her and the sickness but that wasnt all true within the same time.
Loved my first few hours with this game. Exploring the town, avoiding enemies, taking in the atmosphere, and wondering whether some of the sounds I was hearing were actually coming from the game was more than enough to keep me immersed. After wrapping up the hospital, I just cannot continue. The repetitive combat, bland puzzles, and enemy variety that would make Resident Evil 7 point and laugh create a gameplay loop that is not enough for me to see this through to the end. TLDR: Incredible atmosphere and story. Bland af gameplay
excelente
WWWW game
Phenomenal atmosphere, great story/characters, incredible visuals and level design. Only cons: Game is too long imho, because of it's terrible puzzle design and lack of variety in enemy types. Most of the puzzles are fetch quests: No creative solution needed, which becomes tedious in second half of the game. Combat is serviceable, not the focal point of the game. Also game isn't optimized well, but lowering settings a bit was not a problem for me.
Cudowna ciekawa gra, ale nie straszy cię tak jak każdy inny horror, straszy cię klimatem i dzwiękiem.
