Decent little game for the $$$. Nothing ground breaking but does have co-op. It would be nice if your character was usable on different friends worlds. You will have multiple toons if you co-op but overall I like the game.
This is a great Early Access title! I cannot wait to see the full thing and future patches under EA. As of January 18th, 2026 (with the EA being 5 months old and picking it up in January 2026), it took 3 people with roughly 200 hours each as a team in Palworld to unlock everything as of the Terraria update. This same team 17 hours to beat all bosses, have max tech, and have Chest, Weapon, and Necklace +10, with only the profession of fishing incomplete thus far in EA Shamania. This is a steal for $15, and the WoW‑like aesthetic adds a great sense of familiarity, especially with the movement style this engine uses. Family friendly to boot with no gore. Sure, there are some QOL features that could be improved like sorting items by grade or use directly from storage when crafting but the overall experience feels refreshingly hands on. Progression has real weight to it, without the usual roadblocks of ridiculous numbers or overly complex zone requirements, which was a very welcome change. I’d even argue that managing things yourself, and having to remember simple crafting combinations while digging through your own self sorted chests, feels far more engaging than the typical mindless “dump and click” grind. It gives the game a sense of involvement and personality that many titles lose in the pursuit of convenience. Now we get to sit back and build the bases of our dreams, organize, and design so everything is sitting cozy and ready for future expansions.
Die Grafik ist nicht die Beste, aber das Gameplay ist sehr angenehm. Mich stört nur, dass es keine deutsche Übersetzung dafür gibt.
Gud game 100 complete but need more weapons waiting for the evil portal (bows are op LOL)
Shamania embraces simplicity in the best way possible. Its core gameplay loop is clean and easy to understand: gather resources, unlock new recipes and upgrades at the Obelisk, and steadily grow stronger through progression. The game features three main professions—Lumbering, Herbalism, and Mining—all of which level naturally as you play, making progression feel organic rather than forced. What surprised me most is how well the systems come together over time. Later progression introduces resource automation, which adds depth without overwhelming the player. After about three hours of play, I found the overall pace and playstyle genuinely enjoyable. Combat is straightforward and accessible, progression is clearly structured, and quests are repeatable without feeling tedious. At $14.99, the price feels very fair for what’s currently offered, especially considering the foundation already in place. I genuinely hope the developer continues to update and expand the game, as it feels like it has plenty of room to grow. There are a few downsides worth noting. Mining can feel imprecise at times—especially when gathering bamboo, where hitting the correct spot wasn’t always consistent. A dedicated block or guard mechanic would also be welcome, unless one exists that I may have missed. Starting with the ability to craft a basic wooden weapon would improve early-game combat flow, and enemy variety is somewhat limited, leading to encounters feeling repetitive over time. That said, these are relatively minor issues. Overall, Shamania is a solid and enjoyable experience for its price point, and I plan to keep playing to see how it evolves.
Fun game to buy on sale
игруха классная, но вот предметов маловато на урон и вариантов мало, щит бы ещё добавили с парированием и блоком, ну я думаю в будущем разработчики доделают.
